Course Curriculum Overview

I choose bsc physics honour because I have that much capabilities to study physics and I think that in our area no body is taking physics and they think that physics too much hard. Qualification of faculity is m. Phil , PHD, msc and bsc in physics honours. Two semesters per year and totally six semester per degree.

Class Size: 79Course Fees: INR 2500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

For bsc physics honours students admission fees in first year is around 2500 and second year course fees is 720. ST , SC welfare post matric scholarship stipend for normal bsc student is 12 000 per year to hostler and 5400 for day scholar per year.

Campus Life

Annual fest is organised on the month of November in the university at the time of sports events. There is largest library in the ravenshaw University . In which have different types of books are available.

There are nine hostels in which 4 hostel for girls and 5 hostels for boys . In hostel several rooms are there in which 4 students can alloted in one room Meal quality is good . There are better facility in hostel mess .

Admission

For st , sc category minimum 80 percentage is needed to joining the better collage or university. Reservation is mandatory for St and SC student because basically sc and St peoples are belongs to background society .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate 5 out of 5 to this course curriculum in terms of relevance and Comolrehesiveness. As most of the student know there are 2 semester in a year and also 2 mid semesters. I think the difficulty level depend on student.

Ravenshaw is the best

Placement Experience:

I don't know more about how placement season in ravenshaw. But mu friend study in BBA department ,he said in our college 80% of students get placement. They get avarage 16 lakh per annum salary. Our university alumni are very strong and they Collab with various big companies.

RIE: NOT A COLLEGE BUT AN EMOTION

Placement Experience:

RIE is basically a Teachers training institute. Students are eligible to sit in placement from 8 semesters of b.sc b.Ed. a variety of schools from different parts of India come to visit RIE in the season of placement. There is a provision of 100% placement. Students are placed in variety of schools in the region starting from West Bengal Chhattisgarh even in Pune. Though the package is not that attractive cause here the package maximum goes up to 4.2 lakhs per annum. That's why many students choose to go for higher education rather than for placement. But 100% placement is there. The average package is about 3.6 lakhs per annum, which is not that good. A huge part of students go for higher education rather than placement.

Placement Experience:

students become eligible for placements from the 5-6th semester. average packages availed by students range from 225000 to 300000 per year. around 10% of students get placed. I personally plan to pursue a postgraduate degree and then a doctoral degree.

I hadn't applied for any other college because my university is the best institute for higher studies in Odisha and I wasn't supposed to go anywhere out of the state. Ravenshaw is the best

I am student of adisha bord in 12th. Basically i choose to do bsc chemistry honours . I give 5 colleges for selection .
