Likes

Relative creating system In which we get a chance to compete with many people.
FCFS first come first serve which is course registration where we select the specific course and the specific faculty for the course of our choice for every semester

Dislikes

The campus is little crowded during peak times
And the climate is too hot Especially in summers And you only have AC in labs

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is completely based on your choice there will be Minimum number of credits for every department based on that you have to select the courses and for every course you complete, You will get the credits allocated to the course. So according to the course plan, you should be selecting the courses and the faculty too.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure seems to be little high when compare to private colleges, because an institution coming to the scholarships people who come through Eamcer rank will get scholarships and even people who score good in VIT. EEE exam will be getting scholarships. Campus jobs are pretty good. It is better than few NIT as well.

Campus Life

The campus has good infrastructure. You have the liberty there won't be anyone to question you. You should be the one responsible for everything you do. Club and chapters are good. You get to explore everything. You also have many technical and non-technical clubs.

Admission

There is a separate entrance exam for VIT that is VITEEE. Based on the rank you get You get in a good branch. VIT has four branches Vellore, Chennai ,AP ,Bhopal. To get into VIT Vellore, the main campus in CSE. The cut-off should be around 3000.

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Sathyabama is value for money

Likes

the classrooms in specialization are air conditioned
faculty is supportive for academic growth

Dislikes

the attendance is strict at 75% and subject attendances upto 80%
you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

Placement Experience:

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

The network connectivity in girls hostel is poor
The food at mess is average sometimes it is not taste
The practical labs are help at distance.

Placement Experience:

At 8th semester the students can become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited more oftens are win etc the highest packages about 25 LP and average packers about 2.5 lpa percentage of students getting placement is above 80 percentage.

Knowledge and skills college private students with foundation in the achieves and feel helping them develop skills and knowledge

Dislikes

High fees the government college but charging high fees making it difficult for students from lower income background to access quality education
often have limited seats dealing to intense competition and disappointment for some students
College provide only theoretical knowledge students for practical skills

Likes

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

Dislikes

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

Placement Experience:

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester

Placement is very excellent in this college. Nearly all eligibility students get placed every year. Many recruiters are recruiting their employees through this college. The minimum package is 3 lakh per annum.
