Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is a bit old so it includes all those things that probably your father had studied. Otherwise the curriculum includes a lot of practicals so if you are opting a job in the core field of electrical engineering then it will be very helpful because you are familiar with instruments. The course can be improved by adding an interactive and interesting learning approach. There are 2 exams in a semester which means 4 exams a semester. Usually the semesters are 6 months long but here the are completed in around 4 to 4 and half month so that students can invest time on other stuffs they want to do.
Internships Opportunities
Recently Microsoft offered stipend of 1 lakh per month for 3 month to one of my senior. This is a tech based internship and they got it by participating to a Hackathon in the college and they even didn't won the Hackathon but still Microsoft offered them.
Placement Experience
There is a very good opportunity in the campus placement of the college. There are opportunities from the 3rd year for pre placement offers. Companies like Deloitte, DBOI, Amazon, Infosys etc. Generally companies which are tech based allow students only above 7 CGPA.

The tuition fee is same throughout the 4 years of the college. But for families which have annual family income below 1 lakh then there is 100% fee remission and for household income 1 to 5 lakhs then 75% fee remission. There is an institute development fee which is only one time means you have to pay it for the first year only which is (2570*2 for two semester). Along with it you have to pay library fee per year, examinyfee per sem, computer and internet fee, student activity fee, career development fee, student safety insuarance fee, medical fee and MIS fee.
