As the syllabus is based on NIT scheme so, the course is highly relevant regarding the core engineering disciplines and application. The first year course might seem to be outdated with respect to labs and some topics in mathematics which are highly irrelevant else, the course is perfectly aligned with modern day technological requirements and the GATE syllabus for higher study options.

Several firms provide internship like in Mahindra , TCS, SAIL, GAIL, BPCL, IOCL, etc. Posts include SDE, Web developer, intern etc. PPOs are also provided in top firms. For better internship you are required to mention your projects and experiences

Placements are good for chemical engineering as we have highest placement percentage in the whole college. The college provides placements in both non core and core disciplines. The eligibility for placement starts from 5th semester. Companies came this year are ZS associates, Phonpe, Paytm, Deloitte, DE Shaw, BPCL, Adani, RIL, HPCL, etc. 98 % students placed this season out 56 eligible students 55 got placed and 1 leave offer to join IIT Madras MTech. I am looking for core placement and GATE after completing degree

Yes, the college provides scholarship from several other organisations such as ONGC and reliance foundation, which provide assistance to financially weak student. The college also provides relaxation in fees according to your annual income. College provides internship to several firms by giving recommendation as well as several clubs and commitees offer variety of roles which can help in honing skills making you industry ready.

Everything is fine in college, talking about type of students so you will come across best minds of the nation at least in the top branches. The students try hard to hold up the image of the college and seniors are very helpful and cool. The college seems very lively with several events held in the campus organised by the students. Several clubs are their and one can join these according their interests which improves the skillsets required in the industries.

Only eligibility for the admission in course is to clear JEE mains with respective category cutoffs. The application form and it's details are available on JOSAA/CSAB portal. As I'm general, I don't have enough regarding reservation details. In terms of exam frequency so you have to be prepared mentally for having regular exams especially during semesters as there is less gap between midsesm and endsem.
