- supportive senior : senior of vit are really very cool they help you in understanding the college and its environment
- riveria: it is a fest which happen every year . so many artits come every year and believe me if you attend this it will be the best experience of your life
- hostels: hostels of vit are much better when compare to iit. iits room are very small
Dislikes
- fees: fees is really very very high it becomes very difficult for a middle class person to study here
- transparency in result: lots of student are not happy with the result they got very high percentile in jee mains but end up getting low marks in vit becausethere is something wrong in their result
Course Curriculum Overview
i would rate 6 to course curriculum out of 10. i choose ece as it contains both hardware and software and there were so many hadware equipments available in our electronics lab which are consider as best in country. the only problem in teaching is that most of the teachers have south accent so when they speak english it become hard for northee to understand it . the exams are held thrice in 1 semester and 6 times in year these exams are CAT1 CAT2 FAT
Placement Experience
student become eligible for internship from 5th semester and for placement from 7th semester some student even got job + internship itself in 5th semester .highest package is 1 cr . average package is 9lpa . almost every students get placed . my plans after the degree is to do masters from usa. around 900 companies visited the campus and no of offer made are 5000
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is little bit complex and consider of 5category according to your rank. category 1 fee i s 200000 category 2 fees is 300000 and of 3 ,4,5 are 400000 450000 and 500000 respectively without considering hostel. there is no scholarship available but once you enter the college you will get to know about some scholarship which are very hard to get. you will get a lot of campus employment oppurtinity. if you have more than 9 cgpa lots of company visit our campus
Campus Life
infrastructure is top notch. vit has best infrastructure in india. there ar more than 150 club you can access to any club according to your interest. there are lot of sports stadium there is atleast one badminton court in every hostel 3 basketball ground
Hostel Facilities
so many type of hostels are available there are 2bed 3 bed 4 bed and 5 bed ac and nonc ac rooms are avilable the fees of hostel decreases as the no of bed increases 2bed ac with mess is around 173000 and 4 bed ac with mess is 156000 .you can register for hostel on vit main website. you can not register for pg if you are 1st year student but if your house is under an area of 200km you can get pg
Admission
you should get more than 60 % in PCM in your 12th grade. you can find the application form on its website once it is released application fees is 2000 and dates have been already released. there is no reservation available for this college. exam is more difficult than board but less difficult than jee mains. they can improve in various area they are very bad i giving transperent result . they dont have any transparency in result which most of the student complaint about it . you can give any number of attempt after your 12th
