- Not availability of hostel in the campus.it would have been great help for students from other states.
- No weekly test is conducted.It will help the students to perform and introspect the mistakes.
- No attendance compulsion.Students often found absents in class and teachers need to keep eye on them by making attendance compulsory.
Course Curriculum Overview
Delhi University curriculum is good and i choosed political science hons to keep it as optional subject in civil services exam. . Delhi University and it's curriculum give a good environment to prepare for the future exams.it also develops the personality by making candidates more friendly. The areas of improvement should be weekly test . Students starts studying judiciously when exams are approaching. So weekly test and it's value as credit score in end can be scope of improvement. The difficulty level of exams is good and just frequency of study is less dues to no weekly test .The timing of exams is good but weekly test should be considered and students need to be consistent all through the year. Faculty members are awesome and give their efforts but the same efforts is required from our end too. The curriculum also helps in practical life and many other fields and gives us opportunity to develop in many fields and one of the best thing is that it makes You gentlemen cadet and lady.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tution fee is very less in Delhi University and it depends upon course to course and also there some increase policy in fees but they also keep eyes on affordability. The complete cost of your education is arround 15000 for ba hons political science.
Campus Life
Campus life is good as it is like mini India and you will get the opportunity to meet many people from India . People from Kashmir and tamilnadu or people from Ner and Gujarat. Everyone here respects the sentiments and culture of others and learn from them.
Admission
The admission process of Delhi University is good anyhow. Firstly we need to register for Cuet exam and it's application gets started in end of February and lasts till March. After filling the form we need to select college and course preference. Do fill your category and go for sports and Ncc quota as seats are reserved in Delhi University.For Ba hons if a candidate is from science background then you need to give all science subjects exam and your science subjects marks will be only considered for Delhi University.If you don't give science subjects exam then you can't get Delhi University. Exam happens in month of May . Result will be announced in the month of end of July and August . Result is announced in 3 round. please keep watching du site for updates. Selection process is so transparent but you need to be aware about the preference and it matters a lot in the end. Candidates who applied for Sports quota need to go college and give their trials in the end.All the best 4 exam.
