AIEEE my score was around 175 180, AIR 19245 actually, I took this college by mistake only, I didn't knew that it's a new NIT as it is a new NIT, so it currently offers only three courses, CSE, ECE and EEE. So I opted for CSE. During our admission, selection process was very simple, just clear AIEEE exam with a good AIR and apply for the colleges online through central counseling board (CCBs) website based on your AIR and your choice you will receive call letters from the desired institute and you have to go there and took admission. But nowadays, some different exams r involved so I have no idea about that.

The course structure is pretty good at NIT Goa, as all NITs have almost the same course structures as it is a new NIT, not much resources were available to us and also not more focus was on research or labs but it's improving year by year, and getting resources also, soon it will be a college of its brand name (NIT).

No, till the time of my passing out it didn't provided any internship but I don't have any idea if it have started recently.

Our college has one inter branch sports event, INVICTUS, which is held once in a year and also, inter NITS sports meet where all the 30 NITs participate a technical fest is also organized by our college named, TECHNIVAL, which is in its initial stage but it's becoming popular veri rapidly.

Fee structure is feasible only not very expensive during our time, fees for hostel students was around 83225 thousands in a year and for day scholars it was around 39225 per year. In the odd semester, tuition fees and other charegs was around 17500 and hostel fees was 22000 and in the even semesters, tuition and all other fees were 21775 and hostel fees was 22000 out of the 22000 for hostel fees, 8000 was for hostels and the remaining 14000 was for mess but, recently (one or two years back) the tuition fees in the odd semesters has been increased from 17500 to 35000 while all other fees remains the same and insurance coverage for every student is also provided which has been deducted in the fees annually.

I didn't know much about this, but as far as I know scholarships were provided by the Central government to the SC, ST or OBC category students and the link to apply for that is available on the college website also.

Hostel facilities are very bad, as it didn't have its own campus. It has arranged hostels with the help of GEC college, so it's very conjusted even in 4th year also we didn't get any single rooms we have to share our rooms with at least 2 or 3 people for

Actually I am a 2015 passout and we were the 2nd batch only our college have started the alumni program from this year only in September end so, I don't have much idea of the alumni network but yeah it will be great in the near future talking about senoirs, our senoirs were very nice and yaa they were very helpful from helping us in adjusting to this new NIT to helping in subject matters or any other matters they have always helped us we too did the same with our juniors and this process carries on.
