Freedom given to the student to explore and inovate new things.
Protection and safty for girls which is one of the main ascept whre parents look into.
Faculty who not only helps to grow our self techenicaly but also moraly .

Dislikes

Moving from block to block after every class to go to new class.
leav timings(Very strict at leav timings)

Course Curriculum Overview

I would rate 8 out of 10 the specific aspect of the curriculum that influenced me to choose this course is the growth in the IT world and the wide range of companies the university provides to the student for placement. The curriculum prepares you to face the real world by posing to do more projects, where projects are mandatory for most of the subjects which enhance problem-solving skills and ideas to build real-world applications.I suggest in the area of certifications (Global) including them in the course curriculum, which gives a standout for the student in the course. Talking about the frequency there will be exams running 2 times in a semester mid-term and end-term, there will be 2 semesters a year for Btech.

The scholarship process is different there are three classes in the scholarship Class-1: with the highest percentage of scholarships, Class 2: 5 to 10 % difference with Class 1, Class-3:will have the least scholarships the difference is around 15%.The exam level is Average-difficult. where I gave my exam in offline if you ae giving it offline you will have 5 to 6 sets same case with the online.Coming to the application fee it is around 1000rs .An interesting fact about the scholarship is Lpu is only university which will give you the scholarship for 4 years.If once you qualify for the exam and get a class 3 scholarship you do not need to worry you change the class based on your inter and 10 class grades.

Yes there will be many annual and technical fest monthly there will be 6+ fests held. There are 3 library in the campus for different streams, and one big central library where you will have access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. There are many new technological labs like Mac-Lab ,Android-Lab,Google _lab, SAP-labs and etc.LPU is known for its achievements in placement and as well as sports Niraj Chopra is student of LPU which states the flexibility or the importance the university is giving to sports.There will be a wide range of variety of sports in lpu starting from Refile shooting, swimming ,archery ,baseball basketball, etc the goes on . Coming to the clubs in LPU there will be many clubs and most of are reputed and have expertise in a particular accept we have AWS cloud club ,Google developers club,GFG Club, and many more not only tech or educational clubs there many more social and cultural clubs also.

Admission

Yes, I took the entrance exam for the university which is called LPUNEST the exam is conducted 3 times a year. where it has few subjects like Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and English we need to score more 30% in each subject then you will be on the list of people who cleared the exam. The infrastructure is great with state of the art labs and equipment
The library is really nice place to study
Lots of hangout spots in and around campus

Dislikes

Less opportunities for core branches as less core companies visit campus
75 percent attendance policy for classes
Very high fees compared to other colleges

Placement Experience:

Companies start coming summer internships in the 5th and 6th semester though ,CG cuts are imposed so very less students are elgible to sit for these companies, The real placement season is 7th and 8th semester and many companies visit campus for placements. around 60 percent students got placed in the recent placement drive. The major recruiters are: Oracle, CISCO, JPMC,Deloite,IBM,ZS etc.

The Scholarship benefit is good when compared to other universities the fee is also not very huge.The Infrastructure of the campus was vast and there arelots of stall to purchase food items etc
There is a big mall through which You can get necessary items .In every hostel you will have departmental stores
The faculty was highly qualified. The Placements opportunities are also good The average was offered was 5-6 LPA.The Lpu newly Launched Education Revolution is very good for students

Dislikes

The mandatory 75% attendance policy for every subject.If you not maintain you will debar from End term examinations which is not all good
The Roads are not that much good .The roads are made of parking tiles instead of Thar
The distance between hostels and main gates are nearly 1.5 -2 km which not at all good .but there e-rickshaw they charge 15 rupees per person to drop from hostel to main gate

The course cirriculum changes every year by rapid changes happening due to AI The University has also launched a new school called School of AI and emerging technologies.from this every year syllabus changesand exams pattern changes .the difficulty of exams is increasing day by day.

There are 1 AC Lecture complex()LT with almost a seating capacity of 100-120 students, with smart screens and projector.
NITJ has well maintained 4 Girls hostel and 4-5 boys hostels with proper cleanliness and hostel staff.
They are 7 cafeterias in the Campus, including 3 Nescafe outlets,1 dominos and 3 regular canteens that serve food late night.

Dislikes

Wifi and connection issues in the hostels
Slow response to emails and late approval to applications
The ICE department faculty is quite strict. Tough grading system and administration.

Placement Experience:

NITJ has a placement cell, also known as the Centre of Training and Placements(TPO office of NITJ). The placement scenes differ depending on the courses offered. The average placements are 12-14LPA in the Computer Science branch. Every year, hundreds of companies, including Pvt and govt both. PSUs like HPCL and BPCL recruit students based on merit and academic excellence.

Good infrastructure, campus and faculty. Have to improve placements and industrial visits.

The campus is very green and clean. Infrastructure is good and one can feel fresh air here in campus
The faculty is excellent, almost all of the professors and assistant professors have a degree from renowned institutes. So they know their subject and field very well.
Hostels are good and affordable. Although the hostels itself are old, services are good and you get a nice room for the price/rent

Dislikes

The crowd isn't good. Always demotivated to do anything productive regarding studies. Some people are just here for time-pass
Very less site and outdoor visits. For practical experience, they should conduct industrial visits, but that happens rarely
Placements are really Dry and there is decline in company visits for placement.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that good. Although companies come, there is a lack of mass recruiters or reputed organizations. One has to grind hard here for placements. If you're a CS student, you will have to face immense competition here. As for core branches, placements are severely dry. Students gets eligible in 4th year onwards for placements. Some of recruiters here are Trident, TCS, Reliance, Sonalika and other few. Every company offers around 10-15 selected students for a job. Highest package ever was 15LPA and average is 3.2LPA. Percentage placed is only around 15% here. My plans after the degree are to apply for govt exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The interest in coding influenced me to choose this subject and course. The curriculum gets me ready for a 9-5 job which kind of gets hectic. The teachers could maybe schedule classes to give the students time to study what they want to and if they wish to do a course outside the university they have the time to do so rather than just going by the university curriculum
