- what i liked in lpu is its exposure we got from all the students across the world and entire india.
- the infrastructure is mind blowing. the entire campus is beautiful in all seasons.

- the one thing which i find difficult is the campus is overcrowded.

Course Curriculum Overview
the course curriculum will change always according to the advancements and updates in the current feild . they always include the latest technologies or skills needed for better oppurtunities. from the very first beginning they have soft skills , communication skills classes, which gradually make us a better individual capable for job interviews and placements. the teachers are mostly doctorates and they use different kind of methods to teach students.
Internships Opportunities
the companies which came here also offers internships in the first 6 months with stipends of around 20000 rupees. after that we will be getting job. we are also required to do maximum summer internships .
Placement Experience
the registration of placement services will begin after 4th semester that means second year. there will be a fee for these classes. students are required to atttend these classes as these also includes in the aggregate attendence. from 4th year students are onwards students can sit in placement interviews. the highest package is 3 crore from a german company , but it is for an alumni.
Fees and Financial Aid
the tuition fee per semester is 120000 rupees. but university provides scholarships based on entrance exam and plus2 marks. maximimum a student can get 50% of scholarship amount. they also provide installment of fee payment. there is no hike in fees as of now. they provide facilities for educational loan by cooperating with other banks. total tuition fees after completing the course will be 960000 rupees. ther will be an increase in hostel fees per year.
Campus Life
the campus life here in lpu is pretty good. there are many events conducted by the division of student welfare. the biggest event is "ONE WORLD, ONE INDIA" which is always conducted in the month of april. this event aims to represent different countries from where students studying here and also different states of india . the library here in lpu is undoubtedly amazing, they can accomodate a large number of students in a single time. there are facilities to improve our sports career.
Hostel Facilities
lpu can accomodate nearly 25000 students in various hostels and apartments. the hostels have turnstyle gate entry which keeps records of everyone who enters and leaves the hostel. there will be 2, 4, 5, 6 ,8 seater non ac and ac rooms. there will be mess option in which we can choose according to our wish. they have atm, saloon, shop, laundry, print shop inside every hostel. the registration process is not so difficult . but we have to book early as possible because the demand for hostel is very high. u can also take rooms or apartments nearby cities like phagwara or jalandhar or in lawgate also.
Admission
To get into LPU is by giving an entrance cum scholarship exam . it is basically an objective type exam which includes phy,chem,bio,and english for science students. based on the category which we are falling the scholarship amount varies. they also consider plus2 marks for the scholarship. like above 95% we will get around 50% scholarship in tuition fees. students must need above 50% in plus2 for getting admission.
