Course Curriculum Overview

From starting I was interested in technology courses and I was a non-med student. And also CSE has many options further. The online exams mostly have 2-3 hours for the final. And the difficulty level depends on how much you studied.

Internships Opportunities

I don't know many internship companies because I haven't joined an internship company till now.i made many small projects under various programming languages like a calculator and Spotify clone. And now working on a website.

Placement Experience

In 6 or 7th semester companies came to choose students for placements. wipro, Microsoft, Cisco. A minimum of 6cgp is valid to sit in placements. The highest package is 42 lakh. Average package 5 or 6 lakhs.60 percent may get their placements.No plans after the degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fees are 1 lakh per semester. And 2 lakh per year I guess there are no such scholarships for students. There are no such campus employment financial opportunities. Students have to find their own way to find some work financially.

Campus Life

The main fest of Chitkara is rangrez mainly held in month of October and they have not done their fests for the last 2-3 years. All types of books which we need are available in the Library. Many clubs like matrix and CSI i.e., Computer Society of India.

Admission

The admission process was good it was held in the Chitkara school. You can find everything online. You should have 70% above marks to get admission here. difficulty level of exams is medium. I don't think there is any need for improvement in the admission process.

PEC is great choice

Placement Experience:

placements from rti report placement percentage is over 75 + and in ee its 74 percent cse 93 and ece 84 percent avg for cse is 18 lakhs and ece is 16 lakhs ee its 14 lakh and other branches have 8 10 lakh avg but the placemnt percentage in mechncial is 70 percent other branches like civil production have a little less percentage of placements but they have opportunities in college

Life at Panjab University

Placement Experience:

In our college students need to have 6CGPA to still in campus placements and our college have a Club that overseas all the placement oppertunityies and the placement starts from 7th semester onwards when students starts there seventy semester the company's starts visiting campus for placement and internship opportunity as well

Placement Experience:

Yes,very good college placements are available in our college.Students of 8 semester that is 4th year students are eligible for campus placement Companies such as TCS,wipro,amex,gemini solutions and etc many more companies are there for placement 60-80% students got placed in the companies with an average package of 8 lakhs and with a highest package of 35 lakhs Iam oriented towards govt jobs and in future if I will be interested in coding sector I will do preparation for off campus and specifically for Rubrik

Placement Experience:

Placement do occur in the college. It's average package is around 7.5, lakh. Since I am the first year right now, I don't have data to support the placement record, but some of my seniors of fourth year are getting placed. One of my IT senior got placed for 14 LPA and other other, my Cse senior got placed for around 12 LPA. so opportunities are there for those who want to do something

Nmims Chandigarh for btech review

Placement Experience:

We have avergae package of 12 lpa and 57lpa highest, i am not aware of how mqny placed. As such i have plan to get placed but if things didnt go out as planed then mba or mtech maybe. Our campus just opened recently so there is no much information but our placements are central that means, companies visting mumbai have to visit us too, and u can refer mumbai campus placement for our campus because its counted on central level and not varries campus to campus

Honest insider review - Chitkara University, Punjab

There was no such entrance exam sort of thing. they were just expecting a minimum percentage in the boards examination that too was very low to be honest. i didnt found such difficulty for the admission process as i had scored good marks in the 12th board. The application form was available on the official website of the university. The fees has been increased the last time i toook admission. It took 162,000 for 1 yr of college fees. No reservation benifits were availed by me being a GENERAL. Overall, the admission process was easy i found no diificulty. Although, they can improve the communication hrough the intermediater who accepted my form and took me thorugh the admission process. as it was online, i found some difficulty in communicating with themaslso havinng some misunderstandings with them.....Read More
