Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I would rate 8/10 and we need to give extra focus on the skills on which we need to learn and to get placed in a good company. College curriculum would be a bit helpful in clearing second technical round because they would focus operating systems, network's etc.,

Internships Opportunities

5

Internship process will be started in 3rd yr itself and this time many came like akamai, de shaw , uipath, tekion etc. With a good package. They will clearly explain the project and which we need to complete in a specified time

Placement Experience

4.5

Placements wise CIT brings lots of companies with package 52LPa to minimum 10LPA. During recession to they brought decent number of companies and one who has skills will get easily selected in a good company

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure depends on the TNEA Ranking. There are two options aided and self supporting. If we get courses in aided then the fee would be minimum and self supporting would be little higher. Aided fees would be around 25k and self supporting would be around 65k

Campus Life

4.5

I would rate 9/10. There are many active clubs and which involve activities every week. College supports more in this clubs especially in dramatix, music, martial arts , literary club, entrepreneurship etc., Sports also they encourage and cit is the no 1 Kabaddi team

Hostel Facilities

4.5

Hostel facility is average and only the final year hostel is good with Ceiling fan and other hostels are average. Now they are constructing another hostel and fare would be around 25 to 30k every year with food .

Admission

Apply in TNEA counseling process and fill the details of the 12th mark . Average cutoff needed in CIT is 195 for CSE. Eligibility to apply should get passed in physics, chemistry and Maths. You need to fill the colleges list and then will allot according to your cutoff

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is relevant and provides a good balance of theoretical knowledge and practical learning. It prepares students for real-world applications, but more industry projects, practical sessions, and updated teaching methods would help. Exams are generally well-spaced and moderately difficult.
