The truth is everyone is joining CSE and it led us to the correct software path as I was guided by me seniors, that is the main reason I chose this course over others and it was true somewhere. The curriculum is affiliated from a University named as MAKAUT in Kolkata. The complete curriculum is well set and prepares students to gain the knowledge of approx everything from old tech to new AI Ml. It is included in the syllabus and categorised in different semester syllabus. This will prepare you at approximately 70-75% for the today's industry world. Rest is your efforts. Curriculum can be improved if some extra subjects like Engineering drawing got removed since I find it of no use. When it comes to the exams, there are total of 4 internal exams which is being held in both online and offline ways. And at last there is a semester exam. If you want good grades you have to study hard before atleast 10 days of exam. If you want to be it smooth, you can attend the classes and the exam will be easy.

Placements are provided to approx every students of the college. From 6th semester only, the placements get started. And in the end of 7th semester, approx all the students get placed. Some get very good package but some have to just accept it. From 6th semester only, companies like TCS, Amazon, Wipro, Cognizant, infosys, ITC, Byjus, and many more comes evry year to the campus. You can also check the college website for more information. They come with offer for 10 - 15 students at least. There are mass recruiters also. The highest package has touched to 23LPA and the average package ranges between 6 - 7 LPA every year.

The fees structure is divided in the semester. During admission, you have to pay 50,000 (this holds, exam fees, your college dress fees). And after this, in every semester, you have to pay 42 - 43k as you fees. This also includes your exam fees. You can also avail scholarship if you are a West Bengal residence. There is a scholarship named Swami Vivekananda Merit - cum means scholarship (SVMCM) which you can avail for your fees. Apart from this, you can go for education loan if you are from other states. For students from Bihar, there is a govt. loan scheme named as DRCC which is very helpful.

My college life starts with full of excitement. I am in 2nd year and I am still enjoying the college at its fullest. The college host cultural fest and many tech events every year. This recharges us students and we get refreshment and this also gives us a feeling like we are in college and not in school anymore. We can enjoy the campus live. College has a ground where we can sit and chill in the evening. Also, if there is no any classes going on, I can go to library. The library holds thousands of books including self growth, finance, PYQs for further exams. it is a very quite and spacious place. The only problem is, sometimes there are couple seating around and they can make you feel weird. (this is not a scene of my college only, this happens in every college.) Apart from this, the computer labs are fully updated and they hold internent facility when it comes to work. So that you can work on your task seamlessly. There are 5 - 6 clubs, inclduing tech and non -tech which you can join.

The hostel gives you two seaters room. For girls, the facilities are different. There are separate room available for girls. But on overall, you get bed, chair, table and almirah for your personal use. There is internet facility which will be available to you once you are in 3rd year. The food quality is somewhat a place to compromise. There are varities available but the taste is not too good. The medical facility is available for hostelers. There is a ambulance which is active 24/7 for our help. You can avail hostel facility in the beginning pf every semester. And it is afforadble for students as it costs only 30,000 per semester.

If you are interested in taking admission in this college, you have to qualify a exam which is held by WBJEE board in the month of March - April. The exam form is availbale in month of December. You have to clear the cutoff of this college and if you are done with this, you can apply for counelling process (you can check youtube for this, also there are notices available on the WBJEE official sites) and you can list this college as your choice in counselling and if your marks suits the criteria and seats are available, college will be alloted to you. Onec the college got alloted, you can visit the college with all the required credentials and you can get the admission. The admission process is very easy. It will not take you much time in the campus.

The overall faculty to student ratio is unknown but I can say it is good. They are suffiecient to help us. Since we never feel waited being helped. All the faculties and staff except some are very helpful. They are ready to help you with all the possible ways they can. They can be your friend at times. They provide sufficeint notes and study resources so that we can study well. Also, if they don't know something, they will simply tell you that they don't this thing at this moment but they will tell you after one or two days. When talking about faculties credential, they are Mtech and Phd garduates. Some of them have also taught and gained experiences from reputed universities. They will help you and guide for higher studies if you want to pursue or they will help you current industry requirements to get job ready. Whenever you want to interact with teachers, they are ready to help and meet. They can meet you in their cabin or you can also reach them via whatsapp.
