- The college hostel internet facilities and also few facilities are missing for girls in hostel as we have strict curfew by 9 pm
- We should only take the initiative to learn more apart from what is taught in the college
- The campus is little far away from the city and the area doesn't have much facilities
Course Curriculum Overview
I would say our course curriculum is little basic and little outdated compared to current trends. So u have to learn more by urself and by undergoing internships or gaining work experience. So it's more about ur interest to learn than what is taught in the college.
Internships Opportunities
The college offers research internships in the college itself and a lot of companies come for hiring interns as well with a good package. This opportunity come in 3rd yr of the student. In rest years if they wish to go for an internship they should apply and get it by themselves.
Placement Experience
My college has a good placement opportunity. If not placement u can anyway opt for some higher studies in prestigious universities in and out of India. Average package is 8 lpa. And all companies from Google to Flipkart comes. And also for each department the core companies also come and according to your interests also companies come. Like graphic design, UI and UX, analytics, management etc
Fees and Financial Aid
College fee is 1.6 lakh The campus has a lot of yearly scholarship programs. Where the most popular one is funded by the alumnus of the college. And also we have a waiver for the people with a family's annual income as 5 lakh (2/3 remission) and 1 lakh (no tuition fees). And the campus placement is very active and has a lot of companies coming for internships as well.
Campus Life
Many fests and symposiums happen frequently. The sports contingent team is also very active and fest like festember - cultural, pragyan - tech fest, nittfest - inter department fest, sportsfete - sports fest. All these happen along with the different departments symposiums. There will b lot of clubs and teams too to have fun with.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facility is pretty normal only. They won't provide proper internet. And also the washing machine given will be too much in demand and few will get repaired frequently. Other than that water purifier has few issues sometimes but all these are manageable only. Message food will be nice and the menu will be in a way that it could be adapted by North Indians as well as south Indians.
Admission
So for getting inside the college we need to qualify JEE mains with a percentile not less than 95. But sometimes it depends on ur luck and the category u belong to. And other than that no other process will be there. The counselling happens via josaa.
Faculty
All faculties are well qualified with phds and have been from top tier colleges with good experience and field knowledge and most of the professors are really very helping and supportive but few are a little bit bad.
