My personal review on BIT during my college life

I chose mechanical engineering stream because since childhood I was interested to know how things work and how they are made. What makes them to work and to know all these things, mechanical engineering was a perfect stream for me to enter.

Our college has various branches or courses in which different companies offer different roles and internships are provided from reputed companies like DASSAULT SYSTEMS, BOEING, TATA etc. Students can apply for them easily.

As there is problem going through the companies in India there is quite difficulty for students to get placed. Least number of companies have arrived during our placement period. So very less students have got placed this year.

The college fees is around 26500 INR for the students who gets admission under government quota/seat. Additional KEA fees is around 100000 INR. Hostel fees per year is 140000 INR If you go through management quota fees differ among the courses.

The college offers you plenty of opportunities to explore your interests like there are plenty of clubs and social groups to join and explore your interests and meet new people and learn new things during your college life. The library is huge with good stocks of books.

There are government exams conducted every year through which students who have completed their 12th can apply through which they can get admission. The admission in BIT is given through the merits. There is a cutoff ranking for every branch or course. You can get it from google by searching the cutoff ranking of previous year.

The teaching and non teaching faculty in Bangalore Institute of Technology are well qualified and have good knowledge of the subjects they teach. They are very helpful in each and every way that makes a student to clear their doubts.
