Personally, my aim was to become a mechanical engineer. And this college is particularly the best college for the respective branch. It has the most developed labs workshops as compared to other colleges in the district. With most experienced teaching staffs.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum of the college is duely folowed by the syallbus made by the Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad University (MAKAUT) formally knows as WBUT(West Bengal University of technology). The courses are bit out dated but are up to the mark for the Students

The college doesn't provide internship from there side but students can do those according to their sources.
Placement Experience
This is the most important factor a college bares. Our college has an very good placement records. Companies like TCS,WIPRO, Sankalp Semiconductor, MAHESHWARI MINNING and many more come for their campus drive. Recently, relaince jio also took huge interest the placement rounds.
College Events
There are many events that are organised throughout the semesters. Football, cricket vollball, kabaddi tournaments are organised. Debate competition blood donation camp are also organised. Tech fest of 2 days are organised followed by the cultural fest.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is bit expensive we can say but is alround ok to be said due to the facilities that we avail in the college. This can be problem for some students who study with the help of a loan or some other means of depositing of the college fee. In some how its reasonable.
Fees and Financial Aid
State government scholarships are accepted in the college, whereas the college doesn't provide any scholarship or loan but if a student doesn't has his parents he can avail free turion fee.
Campus Life
The best campus life is experienced here. The gender ratio is bit diverse but no racism is seen in the campus. Sports like cricket vollball kabaddi tournaments are organised indoor games like carrom table tennis are also evening delights. Robotics clubs photography clubs are also very much interesting.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities are damn high as we all get 24*7 electricity, wifi, water etc. The wardens take care of the students very carefully. Medical facilities are also available, ambulance is also available in the hostel for emergency. Mess food is good at times they reduce the quality. But otherwise its good.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, keeping in touch with our alumni is always a great help and alumni meets are also there for the interaction.
Exam Structure
A semester contains 2 internal which are online MCQ type and lab exams and finally the main semester examination. Which is a 70 marks theory paper. Internals are of 15 marks each out of which the average is taken and sent the rest 15 marks is on overall attandace and assignments.
Admission
I got admission in the college through the west bengal joint entrance examination. There are 3 rounds in the councelling process and out of which you have to choose and freeze your desired branch according to your rank scored and the ranks breakdown the college has.
Faculty
The faculty members of each and every branches are highly educated and experienced. The lab assistant are also very skilled so that the students can get the most out of them. Helpful in nature. Always ready to help and clear the doubts that generally occurs.
