I have chosen BTech CSE and I believe the course difficulty is on a medium level, it is not too easy but if a student studies well and follows the guidance of the faculties then they can easily excel in their studies, they have PEP classes too which prepare you for the real world, they in detail explain everything about the placement and how to attend an interview and secure job placements, the exams are sometimes on OMR and subjective too, the exams are quite easy and understandable, they faculties assign each student with projects and instruct them either to do it alone or with a team, this helps build a network through the university which can help them in their future
