Course Curriculum Overview
We all know that btech or engineering is the most demanding graduate degree nowadays. Everyone wanna do engineering after which one can change their profession The curriculum of college not only focus on our leaning skills but also on soft skills like communication We all know that communication is very important for one. But I think there's no need for an cse students to study chemistry do workshop of mechanics.so these should be removed from curriculum Exams are not that tough. One can easily pass tha examination if he/she starts preparation one month's ahead of exam. Also it's a myth that engineers pass their exams just after studying one night before exams
Internships Opportunities
In the very year year this college provided me an internship which was basically a government initiative and the internship was under aicte. It wasn't any paid internship You may get many more internship offer in second and third year iff you have the required skills
Placement Experience
As per i know one is eligible for placement from 3rd years onwards. This year the highest campus placement was around 13-14 lpa. However one of the student grabbed a job in Google with 36 lpa( but it was an off campus)
Fees and Financial Aid
College fees is 79k per semester(except first) and u need to pay 2000 per semester as an exam fees. The fees of first semester is 89k Also u need to pay 5000 for dress Id and other stuffs. So the overall fees goes around 658k for 4years. Its quite cheaper than other private colleges
Campus Life
Campus is too small to explore. But there are various technical clubs like vivarta, takshila.they arrange various fun and game actives like rover every year. Also there are cultural clubs like swarakriti, sansakaram
Admission
If you wanna take admission u need to qualify wbjee or jee mains examination. You can easily get admission in this college in cse branch if your wbjee rank is 15-18k This wbjee examination is conducted once per year. Also you can take direct admission from management quota. But for that you need to pay extra money
Faculty
There is no short of fuculty in the college. even 3-4 teachers teach the same subject at a time. most of the faculty members have done phd from reputed colleges. even some have served their initial stages of job life with college like jadavpur university, nit Durgapur
Other Applied Colleges
Arya College of Engineering and IT - [ACEIT] | Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Computer Science and Engineering)
This college is nearly 1500 kms away from my home town....so it's very difficult to travel such a long distance regularly.....even I might face difficulties to get a confirm train ticket. That's why I didn't opt this college
