- I am graduated from Bundelkhand University Jhansi in BSc Hons Forensic Science. The college is very good. It has full instrumentation facility,their cyber lab is very good
- The campus life is quite good. The faculty is experienced and very good in teaching they complete all the syllabus in time.
- The placement support need to be improved as there's no placement support there.
Dislikes
- Placement support is not there in the university for Forensic Students.
- More focus on studies, even annual festivals are also quiz and competition based.
- There are some drawbacks in laboratory as sometimes there's no availability of some chemicals.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is based on supporting the legal system of the country with the help of science and technology which impresses everyone to join this course. The curriculum is quite decent which prepares as a fingerprint and document examiner from our BSc. The timing of exams is quite good and the date difficulty level is moderate.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes there's a tution fee increase policy in 5 years when I took admission I costed 21k/year but just after one year for new students it becam 30k/year. Students from Uttar Pradesh can avail State Government Scholarship of Uttar Pradesh. Uttar Pradesh government covers your full tution fee in the scholarship. The complete cost of the education was 2.5 Lakh for three years. No campus employment
Campus Life
The festivals are Science Day celebration, Bundelkhand Cultural Fest, Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Birthday Celebration, Basant Panchami celebration are all made in the Bundelkhand University Jhansi. You can be a volunteer in them. The library contains almost all the Books regarding the course. There's one smart classroom only. Extracurricular activities are offered like NSS and NCC.
Admission
There's a direct admission based on the marks of your 12th Science stream. You've to be from science stream. Application starts from the month of May. All state based reservation are available there. The exams happen time to time and their difficulty level is moderate.
Faculty
The faculty members are well qualified and teachers to students ratio is satisfactory. The faculty members cover whole the syllabus which is to be taught and they provide a valuable learning. The teachers are very supportive you can approach them even after the classes.
