In my case, like I am from CSE, the course curriculum is well standard level it may not be like IIT level but enough better than other reputed colleges in India. As in my computer science department from first year onwards the focus is on developing skills and mastering them. All sects of Computer science are tought very effectively and efficiently. Once you have studied you may just revise once before placements and crack your dream jobs. Some areas can be improved like removing a lot of extra-curricular activities like yoga k-explore and other unimportant topics. For the exams, we have two exams per sem the midsem and endsem you will have approximately 5 months for a semester, and after starting a semester and two months later you will have the midsem and again after 2 months the endsem before also you will have the practical exams.

Generally internship will start from the mid season of 3rd year and will continue onwards. lot of local companies will give you internship opportunities like mindtree, high radius,TCS etc.Also the will provide a decent stipend for your work. If you perform well you also might get PPO offer. Also some top companies provide intership opportunities like JP Morgan Capgemini but it is not so easy to get.I am currently in 3rd year beginning I haven't officially done any intership for kiit it will commence after this sem. One can also try to get internship outside kiit also in different banglore based companies.

Placements are very decent pretty well than other colleges.The average package is around 9lpa and the highest packages are some around 20 lpa the highest package in year 2022 was about 52 lacs.So the packages are pretty good. Generally at the last of 3rd year the companies start to come and continues till mid 4th year.Top companies like Capegemnini Cognizant then Microsoft Dell Delloite frequently visits us.Some average companies are also there like TCS Wipro High radius are also there are the act as mass recruiter.Around 70 percentage of students of an academic batch gets placed every year. I don't have such huge plans after my degree just working in the private sector for couple of time and in future may pursue MBA.

Tution fees might seem a little high, it takes 226500 just the tuition fees per sem excluding mess and hostel fees for the BTech batch. So, it costs around 18lacs including all expenses for 4 years, which is higher than other private colleges. Yes, there were a few tuition fee hikes in the previous times like in my brother's time it was 16 lacs all total now it's around 18 19 lacs. There is also a scope of scholarship in kiit. If you crack the kiitee exam and you are among the 1 to 1000 ranking you will get a 5 lacs scholarship in 4 years time. The money gets credited every sem for 8 sems constantly teaching around 5 lacs. Also if you are a state topper or an india rank holder you will also get a scholarship. Also if you are an athlete there are a lot of schemes there where your fees will be very low and you can train yourself with ease.

My experience here was excellent. The environment here is very soothing and energetic. You will have friends across all parts of India different diversity different cultures. There is one more thing that is not present in many reputed colleges which is "Societies".There are societies for all aspects of studies. Students have to participate in it by taking some test or interview etc. There are artificial intelligence societies, Machine learning, High-level programming, Iot labs, and Different societies for Electrical and mechanical respectively. Also, there are NSS, NCC, Sports Society, dance, art, music society quiz Society photography, and so many others. These are nothing but extra skill development programs for students. There are a lot of libraries in our college with an ample amount of extra books. One can go any time and use this facility. Yes, also many annual technical fest hackathons are conducted every session.

We have different types of hostel. 3-bed non-ac, 3-bed ac single bed premium hostel, and so on. The price increases as the facilities increase. I have been allocated a 3-bed non-ac room. we generally use a common bathroom. The price of a 3-bed non-ac is 28000 per sem and a single bed ac is around 72000 per sem these have attached bathroom facilities. Food varies from hostel to hostel. Hostel life you know food cannot be like home Cooked one. In some hostels food is poor and in some food is very tasty. like in our first year, the food quality was very poor. Veg and non-veg both are available here. Fish are also given twice a week. There is no such process for registration, after you the fees the hostel allotment mail will come and you check accordingly. On your reporting day, you will be given your hostel. For those who don't wanna live in the kiit hostel rented PGs are also available in Patia. If you are in your 12th and want to join kiit go to the web and search KIITEE exam fill up the form and take the entrance exam. Don't worry it is not very difficult like Jee exams. I remember I got a CSE of 63 percent on this exam. According to your percentage and rank, you will be assigned your branches. But always during the time of counseling arrange your choices in proper order. During counseling you have to pay an amount of 75000 if you don't join kiit it would be refunded by taking only 10000. The admission process is not that hectic. One day you will be called to kiit make sure to take your luggage and your stuff as on the same day you will be alloted your hostel. Different branches of students will be called on one specific day and they will be alloted their ID cards documents and finally hostel.

Most of the Faculties over are very educated coming from IITs and NITs completed their degrees and came straight to Kiit. There are many professors who are very experienced and some who are young and fresh. Both have their own way of teaching. Some are super strict and some are jolly good. But I guarantee you one will definitely enjoy the lectures of professors, no matter how strict or serious they are. You will also be assigned a mentor who is also a teacher. The mentor is like the guardian of here. Any problems any issues you can directly reach out to the mentor. In my case the mentor is very charming and well-behaved and a person with a modest personality. In the classes.

In my time year 2022, Kiitee conducted its exam in 4 phases, students can participate according to their respective time phases. No there is no group discussion or interview for the admission just a written examination comprising of questions of pcm and nothing more. It's not that much stuff compared to Jee exams. Just be through with your 11 12 and board exams you can easily crack the examination. Also, I have heard that rich students often give huge donations to get their admission done without taking any exams. But I would suggest the exam and scoring well as there will be a chance to get a good scholarship which can reduce your fee tension.
