Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum includes everything related to the course. The first two semesters will be generalized course teaching with all the branches. After that, we have a specialized branch curriculum. Theoratical knowledge of everything is given for sure but a degree lacks practical knowledge. Exams were conducted twice a semester like mid sems and end sems that are final exams.

Internships Opportunities

4

Limited number of internship oppurtutnities but the campus never restricts you to do an off campus internship. you can even do internship at foreign universities and college helps you at every step from letter of recommendation to smooth boarding.

Placement Experience

4

I have an on campus job offer at CollegDunia Itself and students can do internship in 6th semester and FTE after graduatuion. Companies like Samsung, DE SHaw, Mckinsey, Bain and other big companies also visited the campus.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fee remains the same all over the years for a particular batch but the fee increases by 1000 or 2000 every year for another batch. The total cost of education is 9 lakhs including hostels and tuition fees. mess fee is separate and variable. The scholarship is provided to the single topper of the class and apart from that various scholarships were there for different categories like sc/st, ews, etc. Many companies come here to recruit

Campus Life

5

The best I can say, In terms of club involvement the college is best. It allows to participate in inter-college activities also and almost all clubs are led by a student president mentored by a teacher of the club. The library is good with good stocks of books.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Hostel Facility is available on campus, and can be available separately for all the years. Meal quality is an Average just like any other hostel but menu can be set by students itself once a committee is built. Everything willl went smoothly

Admission

To be eligible, one needs to give JEE mains and for the CSE branch AIR should be under 7000. All the application details can be found out at Josaa which conducts exams. For the civil branch cut-off is 40000. And overall the process of admission takes around 1 month.

Faculty

3.5

faculty to student ratio is 1:50 and it didnt overall mattered much as the spacious classrooms and overall ent digital technology overpowered the faculty student ratio. Assistant and Permanent Teachers have deep knowledge about subject but contractual faculty lacks that. Interaction with teachers and approaching them is easy with assistant professors. But some require prior appointment to meet them. Though permanent faculty has vast knowledge and well researched but sometimes they just hesitate to help and share the knowledge they had.

Other Applied Colleges

Dr BR Ambedkar National Institute of Technology - [NIT] | Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Civil Engineering)

Facilities were not upto the expected ones

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the course plan around 7 out of 10 in terms of relevance and depth. I chose this course mainly because it includes core tech subj like DSA, DBMS, OS, AI and cloud, which are useful for jobs in tech field. The presence of lab work and proj based learning also influenced my choice. The curriculum gives a fair base in theory and basic prac skills. It helps in campus place prep and also builds base for higher study like MTech or MS. But real world skill still depends a lot on self study, online course and side proj. Some topics feel updated, but a few subj are still too theory heavy and not linked to real case use. Exams are held twice as mid test and once as end term in each sem. There are also quiz, viva and lab eval. The level is moderate. If you attend class and revise notes, it is manageable. For improve, more live proj, hack event, ind visit and case study should be added. Teach method should shift more to code demo and less slide read
