Course Curriculum Overview

well our course is associated by GKFTII and they run our classes so we go there to take our classes. the infrastructure is not so good as we expected but its managements are good the faculty members and our teachers are very good as they make us learn everything.

they gives opportunities for internships and projects with big famous brand and companies. they also gives the opportunity to work with the big celebs and under the designers too. hoping for the best future for myself as i word hard for my goal

Fees and Financial Aid

there are 8 semester in my course. per semester it costs 80000-/ and per year 160000 including exam fees.for resigtration itt took 25000-/ annd for id card 1000-/ and after these for my course it takes much more stationeries which i need to pay myself

I've done my first year and till now my experience was awesome as the faculty members were amazing my friends were best and teachers made us learn and help us for things. overall experience was the best and hope the same forward

Admission

i did choose this college because it was famous for its placements and also was associated with T-series/GKFTII and working and learning with India's number one music company tseries and gkftii was the best thing i could every choose

Faculty

marking schemes i don't know much but exam halls are very strictly checked and students behaves well in hall. all of them maintains a silent environment while examinations. well our course is bit hectic like it has more practical subjects than theory

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the course because I've always been interested in design, the faculty-student ratio was 1:40, and all of the members of the faculty were NIFT graduates, exams were on a semester basis and were really easy to pass.

Reality Of Joining NIFT As A Student.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Interested in footwear design and then lifestyle goods so I opted for leather design. 8 teachers: 29 students in the leather department and 1 lab assignment and also taught by industrial designers. Good quality of education with an upgraded method which is very much practical with the trend. in 6 months I.e in 1 semester = midterm(30) + end term (30) + final jury exam (40). It is a continuous evaluation of a project in which one should present everything in the final jury exam.

Admission:

I have got admission in this college by applying online for the application form available at the official website. After that I had given the entrance test conducted by the TDV which mainly consists of correlative tests, comprehensive tests, situation test and various other basics are tested followed by the personal interview and portfolio discussion round fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria, finally I got admission . Since I was passionate for interior designing and it is one of the best college in India so I have chosen it without any doubt.

FDDI is overall an awesome college either it being the academics, co-curricular or the infrastructure of the college. The teachers are quite helpful and the events help incorporate the management and speaking skills in us, which helps us gain confidence also.

Amazing experience

Remarks:

I want to say that the college itself is a good place. So there is no need to go out of the campus to hang out with friends because we have billiards, snooker, PlayStation, and many more things in college for having.

I wanted to go to VIPS, Pitampura. I did get admission there but they did not update the 4 year course policy which was newly released by the govt on their website and ipu website. Due to this my budget messed up and I had to back up. I specially prepared for this exam but in the end I ended up going to a private university where I feel like I wasted my time and money. This university is not how it may look like. It may be good in terms of fees but the faculty and courses that get taught are like as if pursuing two degrees with no meaning. Great learning environment with modern facilities and campus life
