Course Curriculum Overview
The specific aspects that influenced me to choose Computer Science and Engineering were that this course covers a lot of trends currently required in the markets and hence provides an opportunity for better employment and growth.
Internships Opportunities
The major roles available for internships are Software developers, Mechanical design interns and electronic interns. there are also several management internships such as Marketing intern. HR intern and operations intern
Placement Experience
The semester after which students become eligible to apply for jobs is semester VII. The number of companies that visit the campus is about 450. the highest package from my course was 51.57 LPA. The percentage of students getting placed each year are 95-97%
Fees and Financial Aid
The Year-wise fee that I would be paying is 3.55 Lakh. The total amount varies between Rs. 10.2 Lakh to 14.2 Lakhs depending on the specialization. The fees have tended to increase over the years reflecting adjustments to inflation and other factors. However, the rate of increase isn't explicit. However, the college also offers various scholarships.
Campus Life
There are various events that take place on campus on a monthly basis and provide students with a lot of exposure to outside trends and technology and help compete with the new trends in various fields.
Admission
I had applied to several other colleges but wasn't able to make it to all of them due to falling short by some marks of the cutt off however I got accepted into several other colleges but the fees and the location was too high and far off.
Faculty
The student-to-faculty ratio is pretty average, however, most juniors prefer to ask their seniors related doubts rather than the faculties, We haven't had any exams recently but yeah the teachers are a bit off on punctuality and attendance.
