Likes
- When i entered the college i looked at the infastructure and the infrastructure of this college is pretty amazing becouse i did not expect that.
- The greenery of this college is so attractive and a spacious garden to sit on and have gossip with your friends and have lunch together
- Canteen foods i felt should needed improvement and thry did work on that but when we were in our third year having 6 semester practical exams.
Dislikes
- Faculty and teachers were not fun loving. Some of them were nice to the students but i felt many teachers were not concerned teaching us passionately
- Classmate did not have that much unity. No one cares to mass bunk and have some fun with batchmates.
- Water tank was once contaminated that some of the students had dengue and malaria. So we used to carry our bottles or take anither water bottle from the market.
Course Curriculum Overview
We studied old curriculum which was not that benefial for me and only by studying i was never prepared for the real world and if i have to suggest i would suggest that teachers should teach more passionately so that students would gain interest in studies.
Fees and Financial Aid
Detailed fee structure for the complete Bcom(hons) course along with the fact that it increased or not : So in the first year when we got admission we had to pay 14000 and as we jumped to 2nd year they increased our fees to 5950 although they provided sholorship there was some creteria i.e. whose family have 1lakh per annum income only those students can fill up the shcolarship form. 1st year fees: 14000 2nd year fees: 19950 3rd year fees: 19950 Scholarship fees: 8000 There was seperate fees to pay those who opted for practical exams subject like computer application and income tax subjects. The fees was equal for all the category students. As compare to other du college we were paying much more than others.
Campus Life
We have our annual festivals but they are not that fun loving and the dj that our faculty hires is so much worse that can not vibe at all. Talking about sports our college always wins basketball matches.
Admission
I applied in indraprastha university and amity university and i got a confirmation in both the colleges but i thought delhi univeraity college is a top notch college than these two. I didnylt get rejection but i was not prepared to give this much fees that college had and they were very far from my home. Admission process of delhi university were simple, you just have to fill up the form.
Faculty
Faculty was less than students . Relationship between them was pretty good and faculties were nice and speaks politely infront of students. There were 4 exams in a semester and if we talk about difficulty that was in a mid range.
