Reality of college life at DELHI UNIVERSITY

I wanted to choose this course because I'm pursuing a professional course so basic knowledge about Bcom was required. Improvement which would be required is that class are a lil small according to the strength of the class. Teachers should speak a little louder so that they are audible. Being a fresher i dont know much but the faculty is good. Exams happen at the end of the each semester and teachers keep on taking class test. Teaching can become more interesting by using presentation and interactive sessions as college is till evening which leads to lazyness so they can make sessions even more interesting

Fees in kamla nehru college for bcom program first year is 14000. The fees is appropriate for the course as it is a government college. College doesn't provide any scholarship its for people with parents having less income. There are different types of schemes which college introduce for scholarship. Fees of delhi university has been increasing slighty in past 3 years. First the feees used to be 1200 but now it is 14000

Events happening in college are fests and freshers. College has above 70 societies they have a procedure for example filling form, group discussion and then interview. There are no such facilities like ac and projector in the class room they are only present in the computer lab there are total 3 computer labs in the college. College has a different sports department which offers games like basketball and football. There are alot of student run social groups which are run by the students themselves. Joining such groups help one in the CV College gives a lot of opportunity to students for enhancing their CV. Alot of webinars are conducted for career Guidance and other topics. Students are also given opportunities to volunteer in the webinars and programs held. Plays are also done inside the college campus and the college life is reallyy goodd

I made a whole preference list of colleges. I wanted to go to delhi university because it has great value. The admission process was through cuet that is common university entrance exam It is of 800 marks and i scored 704 700 and above is said to be a safe score There is huge competition and students must start preparing for the exam during 12th class if they aim to get into any university which takes admission via CUET. There is massive competition to get into DU so i didnt choose any college they are alloted to us according to our preference list and score so it is very important to get good score just to the be a part of delhi university.

The faculty and student ratio is about 1:45. Faculties are approachable and they even revert on time. The best faculty is Ms. anjana shrivastava he takes digital communication as General elective. The faculty is requested to speak a bit louder and go with the pace as they are moving a little to quick which leads to lack of understanding. Rest the faculty is very supporting. Mostly all the students coear exams only concern is tha attendance it requires 66.66% attendance to sit in the exam. Stufdent abd faculty have great relationship they are understanding and change their way of teaching according to the children and theur demand. They also teach skills like tally and fiancial literacy as additional subjects which leads to overall development pf child, it's not only the syllabus they teach they also give the Guidance and path to the students and they are wll great mentors and have solution to all the problems which one can face during the college time.
