Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum of my subject is relevant and is from the basics as everyone needs to learn it from basic the course is actually based on real world and helps us to get ready for the industry the timing of exam is good according to the difficulty of course

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 105000 per year

Placement Experience

People can start earning or doing work from 3rd semester and teachers help you with placements and internships and as per the placements our field is good at it and can even generate placements for others

Fees and Financial Aid

15 thousand for exams and 90 thousand is for tution fees and 1000 rupees was for your id card clg bag and a tshirt provided by clg on the day of registration and it can be submitted in parts as per the convinience

Campus Life

College life here is good we have 25 differnt clubs coverning differnt genre and we have a good cafe we do get differnt events going on in the campus and and its fun here and we have plenty of space to sit and enjoy ourself while we are in campus

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities are good we have our gym our mess and recive tifins in lunch timing and meal quality is okay as per a hostel i am in knowledge park 3 and provided a bus from the hostel to reach hostel every hour from hostel to university and back

Hostel Fee: INR 155000 per year

Admission

I chose this college over others as its fees was adequate and pocket friendly for me and my family and this provides some of the facilities other colleges dont provide such as ios labs special classes and studios for our course

Some faculty members are top of their line and are always helpful some of them are good but can be strict on things which dosent matter that much. As per the exam system their are 2 IA i.e. internal assesments and 2 exams mid term and final term

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the course because I've always been interested in design, the faculty-student ratio was 1:40, and all of the members of the faculty were NIFT graduates, exams were on a semester basis and were really easy to pass.

Reality Of Joining NIFT As A Student.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Interested in footwear design and then lifestyle goods so I opted for leather design. 8 teachers: 29 students in the leather department and 1 lab assignment and also taught by industrial designers. Good quality of education with an upgraded method which is very much practical with the trend. in 6 months I.e in 1 semester = midterm(30) + end term (30) + final jury exam (40). It is a continuous evaluation of a project in which one should present everything in the final jury exam.

Admission:

I have got admission in this college by applying online for the application form available at the official website. After that I had given the entrance test conducted by the TDV which mainly consists of correlative tests, comprehensive tests, situation test and various other basics are tested followed by the personal interview and portfolio discussion round fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria, finally I got admission . Since I was passionate for interior designing and it is one of the best college in India so I have chosen it without any doubt.

Remarks:

FDDI is overall an awesome college either it being the academics, co-curricular or the infrastructure of the college. The teachers are quite helpful and the events help incorporate the management and speaking skills in us, which helps us gain confidence also.

Amazing experience

Remarks:

I want to say that the college itself is a good place. So there is no need to go out of the campus to hang out with friends because we have billiards, snooker, PlayStation, and many more things in college for having.

I wanted to go to VIPS, Pitampura. I did get admission there but they did not update the 4 year course policy which was newly released by the govt on their website and ipu website. Due to this my budget messed up and I had to back up. I specially prepared for this exam but in the end I ended up going to a private university where I feel like I wasted my time and money. This university is not how it may look like. It may be good in terms of fees but the faculty and courses that get taught are like as if pursuing two degrees with no meaning. Great learning environment with modern facilities and campus life
