As I Am Btech Computer Science Student The admission charge of this college is 35,700 along this you have to pay 55,000 which is 1st semester fee so in total you have to pay 90,700 while entering the college and after that you have to pay per semester 55,000 if you are eligible for TFW then you can do your complete course within 35,000 . For Bca the admission charge is 30,500 along this you have to pay 45,000 1st semester fee so in total you have to pay 75,500 while entering the college so total course fee is 3,90,500. eclectika is the cultural festival usually held in february or march featuring music dance drama and celibrity performance. technovation the college technical fest is conducted in september or october focusing on coding contests robotics hackathos and paper presentations library:- students can borrow books for extended durations and there are quiet reading areas for self study infrastructure:- classroom condition is worst lab facilities is moderate sports facility |:- you can play cricket football basketball court is worst indoor games like chess batminton you can play

i applied to several engineering colleges including techno india university heritage institute of technology and bp poddar institute of management and technology apart from fiem i recieved offers from techno india and bp poddar reason for choosing fiem affordable fee structure and less distance from my house good placement for it category i could not secure a spot at heritage institue of technology due to slightly lower rank in wbjee eligibilty:- 10+2 with physics chemistry mathematics minimum 45% aggregate and 40% for sc/st/obc exams accepted wbjee jee cutoff for wbjee in cse goes this year 60,000 the process was smooth and included online registration document verification and counseling through wbjee followed be seat allotment and fee submission
Faculty
the ratio at fiem is considered moderate allowing faculty to provide personalized attention to students though it may not be asin elite institutions faculty member are generally approachable and supportive particularly for academic quesries and project guidance. some students have praise their mentors for helping with career and skill development. specific memeber are often aprreciated for their teaching style in depth knowledge and interacyive sessions. while names might vary by batch professors in the CSE department especially those teaching coding and algortihms recieve positive feedback every semester you will have ca1 ca2 ca3 ca4 for each subject also you will have pca 1 pca2 and practical (lab) exams for the practical subjects and at the end you will have to give semester exam also in college you have to give class test also if you will study its easy otherwise not diffculty level is moderate just more focus on maths and technical subjects some students have reported dissatisfaction with a few faculty members who rely heavily on theoretical teaching, lacking practical application or engagemnt
Night Life
the campus doesn`t have any gym or cafeterias only theres a canteen which is worst and library is good with free wifi available gariahat market 10 mins away known for shopping street food and cozy hangout spots students often visit here in the evenings kolkata part street 30 mins away famous area for dining late night cafesand vibrant nightlife popular among students for weekends outings unwinding after classes:- evenings at the cafe movies and socializing
