Remarks
Its an average rated college,with focus only on studies and curriculum,and attendance.No new ideas are developed and its just study and score environment. Students can get all the educational help from the faculty.And anything apart from class are not promoted.
Course Curriculum Overview
This college is affiliated under VISVESVARAYA TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY and follow the curriculum prescribed by the University. The exam is also conducted in the format prescribed by the University which is 80 marks for written external exam and 20 marks for internal assessment.
Placement Experience
Placement is average . Students of circuit branch and IT branch get enough company and placement opportunities. More than 50 companies visit the campus for recruitment. Placement of mechanical and civil is below average.
College Events
The annual fest of the college is Pantheon and Parichay. Pantheon is inter college fest and takes place alternate year. Parichay is intra college fest and takes place between the various departments of the college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is different for different entrance exams.Its minimum for admission through CET and comparatively more for admission through COMEDK. It follows the rule prescribed by the University. Its less than many other colleges across the country.
Fees and Financial Aid
I haven't recieved any scholarship from college but there are options for reserved category people, army students and economically backward people of Karnataka. Also heard that there are scholarship for people securing better rank in CET.
Campus Life
There are fest and many other curricular activity teams. Labs are fully functional and well equipped. There is minimal sports conducted by the college. In the above options,only lab would get full marks.
Hostel Facilities
I didn't opted for hostel facility .Its not upto the mark. There have been Many complaints about the hostel mess food and food not being proper .the rooms are said to be very small which is shared by 3-4 people.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni works in many MNCs and they have helped the college in bringing many good company to college campus for recruitment. So we can say that senior students proves to be very helpful .Also the review about the college alumni is pretty good in the company they work in.
Faculty
The faculty of the collge are highly qualified and know their field quite well.The notes prepared by the teacher are more than enough for studying and covers the entire syllabus properly.They are always available for clearing any doubts and any kind of assistance.
