Course Curriculum Overview
The course they provided was really good. I've learnt a lot from the class that i still remember even after passing out which is a rare case. Even for the Cuet ,the course provided helped me a lot..i didn't have to prepare extra
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees were always 10k-12k for St category that too per year and not semester. I don't know about how much the others paid since i really don't ask about these kind of things but the pricing waa right. The placement opportunity was also good since the college collaborated with many companies during fests.
Campus Life
Speaking of fests,we always had Sabrang, our college's annual fest, usually held around the month of April. And the diwali mela and all. The library is really big and accommodates a good selection of books.
Admission
At the time it was merit based so i chose only Delhi University in general..when the first cut off was out i checked which college i was eligible for and it brought me to Deshbandhu college. Other than that i didn't apply for other colleges once i did my admission. Overall admission was easy..we just did everything online from the comfort of our own home.
Faculty
The professors in our department were the most open minded liberal people..exactly how political science professors should be. Even i, as an introvert had a good relationship with the faculty members. We had only one exam per semester i.e. the end sem exam.
Night Life
Our college waa surrounded by different fast food brands so we had a lot of hangout spots..one of the reason why i loved the college..the area it's situated was just perfect. Inside the college my favourite hangout spot was the cafeteria..we sat on the grass while drinking coffee and chatting.
