Likes

The green campus always makes you happy and our collage have 4 canteens and all cloth washing services etc 2 stationary shops but the internship opportunity is less here in collage the plaecments of cs,it,ee ,civil are good apart from that its low
The campus life is good here and there is no such restriction in the collage and in hostels as well everyone is chill here you can socialize here by taking part in various clubs activity and the club eco system is good here
The faculty here is decent some teachers are grate but some of them are outdated and need to be changed the are more like babu of this collage who just want to eat sleep and repeat

Dislikes

Our palcement cell head manish chaturvedi sir i one of the most hardworking men he works hard to get student placed the placement of rtu kota is becoming good day by day the collage have a good alumunai network
the infrastructure here is good but some buildings need renovation the hostel number 1,2,3 need renovation badly the condition of these hostels are very bad so these hostels need renovation
the course curriculim is good buy you need to focus and study by your own other wise back is waiting for you

Course Curriculum Overview

The course here is somewhat outdated but its not a problem here its an general engineering collage peoblem if you are in technical branch you have to study other branch subjects as well like basic civil and electrical engineering the first year course need to be inproved more the exams are conducted on time

Placement Experience

from final year students are allowed to sit in placements and get placed various companie like LT , MINI ORANGE , RELIANCE , JOSH etc come here for on campus placements the highest on campus pakage is around 14-17 lpa and off campus is around 60 lpa here less percentage of students get placed around 50 -60% i want to get placed fter my degree looking forward for it

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure of rtu kota varies from course to course having a slight difference like wise the first year fees is 45,000 per sem for first year a caution money of rs 10,00 is there in case of any in dicipline activity your caution money will be seized so for first year the yearly fees will be around 95k to 85k *there is a gas seat option for some branches for gas seats (goverment aided seats) the per sem fees is around 10,000 for 2nd year i am in It branch so i can tell fees of my branch on ward it is around 80k an year which makes 40k per sem after wards lets discuss aboute hostle and mess hostel - the hostel fees i collected yearly basis the price varies from hostel to hostel H1 ,H2,H3 - 12,000/yr H5 - 10,000/yr H4 - 8,000/yr there are a lot of scholorship benifits for rajasthan state students

Campus Life

There are two fest here one is thar and one is anukriti the library of collage is good but not maintained well you can find books here of various domain the classroom have an projector and two white board in collage the sports and clubs are very active here if you want to participate in clubs and sports you are free to go there are various clubs like drama club and music club ets

Hostel Facilities

in first year h4 which is hostel number 4 get alloted which have an occupency of 3 members on the basis of your jee score your 1st year hostels get alloted the afterward for 2nd year based on your cgpa you will be alloted h1,2,3 or h5 you will get h5 with a cgpa minimum of 7 h5 have double room and h123 have single rooms

Hostel Fee: INR 10000 per year

Admission

I had applied for various counseling like reap , mpdte , uptu ,hstes , bcece but the result of reap come early and also my percentile was not that much so i opted to rtu as i was confident that i will change my branch from non tech to tech i was enrolled here in mech engg but i am in IT now you can apply for rtu through REAP for on the basis of your jee score various collages around rajasthan can be applied

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio is low in my branch that is IT its like for 100 students there is only 3 -4 teachers some of the faculty is good like prof cp gupta and yatish sir etc but some of the faculty is worst in our it branch hint (baccha) the mid term exams are some what easy except some and the cheacking of final paper is hard

Night Life

there is one gym in the collage but it is not maintained well the equipments are old there are four cafeterias and the food there is very good and easily affordable teh cafeterias are opened till 8 pm and on eof them until 12 pm the famous hangout place in collage is agora park

Likes

the class timings are really flexible that is maximum 5 hours in a day
there are a lot of fun events in college every other day
the male to female ratio is approx 1:1 and both genders jam well with each other

Dislikes

the money factor i would say is one thing which doesnt add up if placements are considered
the freedom provided here might not be the best for everyone u need to have self control over yourself
people here can get too entitled and the pda inside might bother you but you will find your people

Course Curriculum Overview:

the cirriculum is designed in a way such that most of the outdated and uselss things are removed this year and the labs of each subjects help you well enough to dive deeper into the application of the subject . some areas for improvement can be removing unnecessary subjects like manufacturing process for cse students . main exams are held every 3 months and the difficulty is moderate

Practical Tech Education with a Tight-Kint Community Feel

Likes

I like my hostel, accommodation is very nice
mess food is very tasty , scrumptious and homelike
the college is surrounded by greenery and breath taking nature!

Dislikes

The scorching desert heatwaves in the summer and chilling winter smog make walking across the vast, vehicle-free campus exhausting for a big chunk of the academic year.
Mandatory interdisciplinary projects and strict attendance policies leave little breathing room for students wanting to focus strictly on self-driven coding, competitive exams or independent side projects.
The campus is situated far off the highway in the industrial backdrop of Neemrana, there is virtually no social or city life right outside the gates.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is industr-aligned with strong project-based learing and a mandatory final-year internship. Exams feature well-placed mid and end terms, though early theory subjects need more practical coding.

MY IMPRESSIONS ON THE UNIVERSITY OF FUTURE

Likes

The thing I liked the most is the nature around/in the campus.
The various options for sports and other outdoor activities.
The EAT system, which is better and healthier option for ACs.

Dislikes

A few meals on the mess menu are not that good.
Lack of normal-temperature water options.

Placement Experience:

NIIT UNIVERSITY placements rates are 100% and more important is that role fitment rate is also 100%. NIIT UNIVERSITY placements starts from 7th semister with Industry practice(IP). Many big companies come for the placements.

Journey in Few Words

Likes

The place is not only promoting studies they are also promoting the Talent by organising various events where they learn and develop other skills.
The Girls to Boy ration is good - 40:60.
The campus is also fine not very premium not very bad. If you're a good place in budget constraints you can opt for this.

Dislikes

They are little focused more towards money. for example when there is attendance less than 75% still if Student pay the fees they allow him to sit in exam.
Teachers can be more better. My experience with the staff is not very amazing. A lot of time i corrected some the teachers for certain topics

Placement Experience:

- Here the placements starts in the beginning of the 4 year. Campus placements are offered and it's not bad. Even we'll get some internship opportunities in 4 year before college ends - In my year the highest package is 14LPA in Mahindra

My colleges staffs are very sweet.staff are also help to getting an opportunity
I like my college dress structure their no any boundation
Compus of my college is good and also structure

Dislikes

Girl over boy ratio is very less which also put impact on interaction with another gender
Teaching techniques of over faculty in my college the just scroll the pdf and tell about topics
Result delay is very common problem in my college

Placement Experience:

Form 5 th semester students become eligible for compus placement. Tcs , wipro ,infosys, jk cement, wonder cement these companies visited and they provide average package 4 to 5 lack per year. Through past record highest package is around 33 lack and average package 4 to 5 lack per year Minimum percentage for Good company is 7 cgpa . My plan after getting The degree is i go for masters in technology

The course is well structured and designed for students to learn the subject in detail and to know about topics in detail and make sure to understand things clearly before implementing them in real life. There are certain areas for improvement but they will keep get better. Timetable should be made such that students get break in between the classes so that they can be less exhausted throughout the day

Likes

Friendly Teachers - treat you warmly and respectfully.
No severe Attendance Criteria or Extra marks deduction.
Many Seminars included throughout the course.

Dislikes

Architectural issues, building without repairs and many damages, no parks or playground for sports and activities.
Damaged computers and conjusted computer labs.
Need to revise the syllabus for CSE/IT as it is not keeping up with current tech.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum includes lab works, workshops and seminars. Which influence the choice to choose the course. But they are lacking to get hands on experience. Though they are guest lectures and seminar which is highly beneficial. Need to provide report on summer internship, industrial training, which is mandatory according to curriculum. Which helps in gaining hands on real life skills. But students still pass this barrier using fake certification and copied reports. And faculty is not strict about this. I believe the latest technologies which is not integrated in curriculum like AI/ ML ,recent frameworks , even if integrated not taughtd in depth. Like we have subjects AI , ML but no practical learning. Assignment are huge burden with little learning we need assessment that tests understanding rather than memorization. More subjects needed on softs skills especially in last year during placement season. Live project with company as all student are not able to land good internships. Frequency of exams like midterm( 2 in 3-4 months) ,practical( at the end of semester just after 2 nd midterm exam). End semester exams - 10-20 days after practical exams.

Quality of infrastructure is like a Nit as they focus on giving best building and infrastructure with good curriculum too. Advanced technologies and amenities are awesome.
Course curriculum is relevant and rigorous practice of real world applications problem helps in cracking big company's interview

I choose this course because here the course is relevant and infrastructure is good also they give scholarship to study here . Curriculum helps very well in improving real world applications in day to day life . Teaching methods are impressive but some times it looks like a burden as they give load to students in improving themselves so this thing they should improve . Timing of the exams are of 3 hours . Their exam pattern is like other government college but they take exam strictly. Difficulty level is medium level .

An overview of MNIT

Likes

Being a Government national college, the diversity is very vast and it helps us understand about the different communities and cultures.
The college provides very educated professors who help you achieve your passion and enhance your vision. They provide information regarding the books you could refer which usually doesn’t happen in other colleges or universities.
The college assigns a group of 10 students to a particular mentor who guides you not only through technical vision but also in the mental health of the student.

Dislikes

Being a south indian, I wasn’t fluent in hindi. This made a hinderence to my study life. But the professors started explaining each class in english later on after my request
The less number of placements could be an issue
The end time for girls is 10pm which is according to me a decent timing. But I think they should atleast let the parcels come past the college main gate after 10. Because the boys can collect it from there but the girls cannot.

Placement Experience:

There are campus placements provided by the college. Students shall be adopting for placements in their final years. The visited companies are Apple, JP Morgan, Meesho, DE Shaw, Salesforce, Adobe, Airtel, Amazon, Bajaj motors and so on. Highest salary id 64LPA, average is 18.39LPA for the CSE branch. The overall percentage of students getting placed is 82% for both BTech and BArch with an average package of 13.2LPA. I shall be trying to get placed.

I applied in jossa form I was getting iiits but their fee way to high my family can't afford and also they don't offer civil engineering . I chose this college for affordability and choice of course One can get admission in this college on the basis of JEE, 12th board marks then after you apply for REAP counselling from which you will get this college Let's talk about cutoff you are from outside rajsthan you will need around 90 percentile for cse and 80 to 95 percentile for all other course and if you from rajsthan you will need around 70 to 90 percentile and if you have reservations you will get admission around 50 to 90 percentile...Read More

Review of internship

I take this college over the college I applied to because it's near to me and it is in my zone also my native state is Rajasthan so I take this this is around 80 kilometre from my hometown and also it is University that is why no institute around Rajasthan I applied to DTU graphic Era and BITS Pilani and NITs triple IT I had none of the choice to join this college so had to I had to join this college yes I got the rejection from the other colleges because of less marks in the entrance examination which is JEE I had got a confirm admission by direct admission called as it is based on the percentile married based and also form 12th percentage I got rejection from many of the universities because of low percentage and also for the because it is also a good University of course of them admission process counselling after the joint entrance examination given a seat in the college then you have to come for the physical reporting and take the admission in and deposit the fee cut off for like 92 to 93% percentage for the CSE department and 85% to 90% 4 EC branch and about 80% tile to what can be maximum you got admission in RTO my admission experience is quite good because I got admission in just 3 to 4 hour because I had a good person tile in JEE for this university...Read More
