Doesn't not have shops or stores in college
Crowd of our college is mostly from other state didn't understand their language
Evening batch for hosteller is not good and we are not able to study at 9:00 pm

Course Curriculum Overview

Be cse is a good but not a easy course we can study alot of new things from this course and coding is very important for future of cse students because placements are based on the coding how much the students know

Placements of our college is very good many companies visit in our college for placement like Wipro,Adobe,tech Mahindra, Amazon, Flipkart,etc. last year a student from our college got placed in Amazon at package of 1.2 crore per annum

Hostel facility of our college is very good We are living in a four seater non AC room contains four study table four beds four almirah cooler and attached washroom bathroom including food electricity and laundry food quality of our hostel is very good our many changes after every 3 months and every night we get a sweet dish and evening snacks every evening

Admission

I prefer chitkara University because our college is in Punjab and my house is about 200 km away from our college and my brother studies in this college and he prefers me to study in this college and my friend also took admission in this college admission process of our college is firstly they arrange the counseling session of morning and evening slots based on 12 th percentage and jee main score

Faculty

Faculty in our college are having a good behaviour they are very helping to every student our college has a app named testpad used for exams every exam are on testpad Marks are based on mid term and final viva and attendance

Night Life

Night life of our college is very beautiful There is a building named square one full of cafeteria including Subway , dominos,la pinos,barista,baskin Robin,etc. gym at night is best many parks and ac cabin etc

PEC is great choice

Placement Experience:

placements from rti report placement percentage is over 75 + and in ee its 74 percent cse 93 and ece 84 percent avg for cse is 18 lakhs and ece is 16 lakhs ee its 14 lakh and other branches have 8 10 lakh avg but the placemnt percentage in mechncial is 70 percent other branches like civil production have a little less percentage of placements but they have opportunities in college

Placement Experience:

Yes,very good college placements are available in our college.Students of 8 semester that is 4th year students are eligible for campus placement Companies such as TCS,wipro,amex,gemini solutions and etc many more companies are there for placement 60-80% students got placed in the companies with an average package of 8 lakhs and with a highest package of 35 lakhs Iam oriented towards govt jobs and in future if I will be interested in coding sector I will do preparation for off campus and specifically for Rubrik

Placement Experience:

Placement do occur in the college. It's average package is around 7.5, lakh. Since I am the first year right now, I don't have data to support the placement record, but some of my seniors of fourth year are getting placed. One of my IT senior got placed for 14 LPA and other other, my Cse senior got placed for around 12 LPA. so opportunities are there for those who want to do something

Placement Experience:

We have avergae package of 12 lpa and 57lpa highest, i am not aware of how mqny placed. As such i have plan to get placed but if things didnt go out as planed then mba or mtech maybe. Our campus just opened recently so there is no much information but our placements are central that means, companies visting mumbai have to visit us too, and u can refer mumbai campus placement for our campus because its counted on central level and not varries campus to campus

Honest insider review - Chitkara University, Punjab

There was no such entrance exam sort of thing. they were just expecting a minimum percentage in the boards examination that too was very low to be honest. i didnt found such difficulty for the admission process as i had scored good marks in the 12th board. The application form was available on the official website of the university. The fees has been increased the last time i toook admission. It took 162,000 for 1 yr of college fees. No reservation benifits were availed by me being a GENERAL. Overall, the admission process was easy i found no diificulty. Although, they can improve the communication hrough the intermediater who accepted my form and took me thorugh the admission process. as it was online, i found some difficulty in communicating with themaslso havinng some misunderstandings with them.....Read More
