The infrastructure of the college is very very good.
While I coming for admission all the staff were treated in good way with respect.
Washroom facilities are very good, cleaners clean neatly

Dislikes

We get lift at morning when we are late.
They give so many assignments to write and read
Some teachers make target on one student if they are weak in studies

Course Curriculum Overview

Actually I was not liked to take this course means electrical and electronics.but of my rank I took this course...I was not loving this course...then after some days I started loving this course I was thinked to change the course next year but now I don't want change.

Internships Opportunities

The companies that coming for placements are google,Amazon,tata, Mercedes benz,so many software from Bengaluru, delhi, mumbai will come.then will get a very good internship in good software companies here.

Placement Experience

In 5th semester itself will start placement traing and some students will also get placement.the student should have CGPA nearly 7 out of 10 so they are eligible and the student should not have any backlogs.

Fees and Financial Aid

Hai iam saanvi I joined college in this year ian studying 1st BE .I took admission through kcet.i selected course electrical and electronics here the college provides a very good facility...campus is also very good with greenary theme I love to spend my extra time there..then all the faculty is very good they test in understanding way.then i paid fees 1lakh.

Campus Life

Yes this college has so many clubs like sigmath club dance club etc we have take particepaite in it we will get point in activities out of hundredvwe have to maintain this till our fourth semister.then our college conduct so many fests we enjoyed lot.

Admission

I applied so many colleges through kcet but my dream was to join this clg itself at the end I got this college because so many peoples like my cousins relatives were saying that here I will get a good placement so.

Faculty

The relationship between students and teachers is very teachers understand the students problem and react in very good manner.i like glevina mam she teach maths for us she is very kind and humble..if we didn't understand any other problems she teaches good.

Night Life

In college there is gym for hostelites ony and a good ambienced cafeteria where we spend good time.then lassi corner for good cold drinks.a very good campus has our college the timings of our college campus or hostel is 9.00 to 7.30

Is NIAT worth the hype? My honest student review

Likes

You actually get to do things instead of just listening to lectures
The learning environment feels quite active
We have good exposure to the tech industry

Dislikes

The workload can get too intense sometimes
Not everything feels like a traditional college experience
The overall cost is a concern as it is a bit high

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the NIAT curriculum around four out of five. In my opinion, it is good that the curriculum is not only based on theoretical studies. The inclusion of coding, projects, assignments, and practical knowledge is quite engaging for the students, as they can apply the acquired information in practice. Additionally, I find the curriculum up to date compared to the standard Btech syllabus, which mainly focuses on theoretical background. However the curriculum could have fewer assignments, as some of them are rather time consuming and require additional study to achieve a better understanding of a particular subject.

The approachable faculty, friendly peers and the freedom to explore were one of the few things I really appreciated about our college
Our campus life is all about us, how much we decide to explore and how much we decide to keep things to ourself
The placement services and the support provided are really useful because I belong to mechanical branch and the placement rate of mechanical branch is quite high, so Obv I really appreciate the effort from the placement office.

Dislikes

The building is dusty sometimes, and also the building doesn't have a lift.
Coming to the campus amenities, drinking water is not available.
Because I belong to 29th batch, our batch are the batch to face the new syllabus, so we don't have any previous year question paper, model question paper, so accademic pressure is high.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our course curriculum is very relevant for real life problems, it has a lot to do with application level knowledge, so our syllabus is very efficient for all engineering students, it gives us optimum knowledge and the right amount of liberty for us to explore our own interests besides our accademics.

My rating will be 4/5.The curriculum includes modern and Trending subjects. Practical projects helps in develop problem -solving skills and prepare for further challenges.The area of improvement are industry interaction and soft skill development.

My Honest Review of My College

Likes

The Opportunity for Sports is very Good as there are many games available.
Support for the new project ideas and building them
The environment is very Greenish and is beautiful in every season

Dislikes

The Curriculum is very hectic and also the students face issue in keeping up with curriculum.
Not All teachers are convincing, as some of them don't deliver the concepts correctly.
Washrooms usually don't have water in here, especially in the morning

Placement Experience:

- The students become eligible for placements from the 6th sem itself. - There are lot of companies ranging from Samsung to Infosis to TCS which provide a package ranging from 4LPA to 34LPA. - Highest Package (This year): 34LPA and Lowest is 4LPA. - Students placement stats: Around 80% students get placed - My plan is to get into a good Product Based Company after my degree.

The coaching here is good but one thing is you need you cope up

From 2nd year they give placement training..mostly from 6th sem they allow us for placements this year the highest paid is 54Lacks per annum mostly 90 percentage of students gets placed my plan is to for a good job

RVITM - Everything you need to know before joining!

Likes

The lab equipment is good. The chemistry lab is well equipped and the other labs have all the software needed for a specific subject.
The library is really nice. It offers pretty much all the books you'll ever need to gain extra knowledge of your course.
The faculty and the crowd are good. Cannot speak for other branches but in my branch faculty is decent and the crowd is amazing.

Dislikes

The campus is small. One football/cricket ground and a tennis/basketball pitch is all that is there in the college.
The fests are boring. I have attended 3 fests so far and although it has its positives they were boring for the most part.
The placement scene is not the best. Most students join for placements and the companies that come have reduced from the previous years.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Personally, I was interested in ECE course since I liked working around chips and was intrigued by how they worked, which is what led me to choosing this course. The curriculum is not the best for real-world applications since the syllabus is pretty outdated. The teaching does involve smart boards and can be visual as well, but it can be utilized better by the professors. A semester lasts for around 5 months, with the last month only involving SEE (Semester End Examinations) and the first four months consisting of 2 CIE tests in the 2nd and 4th months. It also involves practical examinations.

KSIT - A good college with everything mixed level.

Likes

Good teachers, very friendly & teaching is good.
Easy to travel due to multiple transports.

Dislikes

Small infrastructure as the area is too small.
Not have ground to play when students are free

Placement Experience:

The on-campus usually starts in 6th Semester. A company called MathCo was the first company it came for the role of analyst. Around 5-7 people got selected. The average package would be usually around 4-4.5 LPA, but highest package was 6.25 from PlanetSpark for role of Sales. The percentage is nearly to 10-12%. After degree, get a job and work for atleast 2 years for learning current trends is my basic thought as of now.

ISE department is clean and well maintained
Faculties in ISE department are very friendly in nature
The department activities that are held in the department

Sometimes very strict in rules coming to attendence
Bus facility at Saturday will be delayed due to many students

From the 6th and 7th semester students are eligible gor campus placements. Students are asked to apply for the campus placements from the career development department of the college according to the marks. Some companies visited are like jspider, qspider, Xworkz, kodnest, Infosys, 3 q sutantra, toyota, triveni,idea infinity,edgeverve, eton ,dfm technology, tata elaxi, enventure and many more. And highest package in 8 to 12 LPA. The students are placed according to the companies requiments min 20 students are placed outof 50 students My plan is to get a good, high paying job after completing my graduation.

Excellent thought writtrn for college

ya the overall infrastructure is good and company placements there was well wishers in that time
teaching is not what i expected but good
mentorship quality is ok,faculty expertise is ok ,profeeional department is medium

Dislikes

they where strict and needed some cultural event for every month of one year
they dependent for notes in their classes where this is not i am interested
they will call for the phone for every wrong things to tell their parents

the curriculum was not inflenced by the decision and where the choosen course was clear and academic marks was good the teching methods need to be very friendly and didnt strict to be done so where then its superb the timing of exams is correctly done and perspective for the difficulty level appliction speceific for the students in their real wor examples

Not worth my life

Likes

Probably nothing.. the only thing I enjoyyy is while traveling to clg and returning.

Dislikes

Very strict towards attendance... That too it's not 75% it's 85% !!!!
Few lectures are very boring and not at all useful
Labs are not at all useful ... More broken computer than working computers!

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course I adopted since I couldn't do my neet. In 2nd year I thought of taking CSE . I GOT MANY SEATS IN OTHER COLLEGES FOR OTHER COURCES. But I wanted to adopt only CSE based . I mean social or economical or design thinking and scientific foundation.. these courses are of no use while learning engineering so this might be the drawback . Exams are conducted very strictly in our clg and I appreciate that !
