Remarks
College is good in most aspects. It is situated near chambal river so it is really refreshing to go sightseeing in the evening. It really is a beautiful scenario. College still has many things to develop.
Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum is good. In CSE 1st years learn C language. For later years curriculum consists of more languages like java, c++, then theres data mining studies, cloud computing, iot. we have two mid terms before the end sem exams. Also the college is autonomous.
Placement Experience
Placement and job opportunities are almost good here. The package is not much however, just about 3lpa on average. College does provides internship, also students can do internship on their own. Placement cell available to train students for interviews and jobs. Startup cell is also available.
College Events
Thar - the annual technical fest of ud rtu. It has all sort of events in it like the robowars, the hackathons, the lan gaming, popsicle stick bridge building, drone race, water rocket challanges, literary challanges etc. Anukriti - cultural fest of rtu Uttarardh - technocultural fest of ud rtu
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee is 80k for self financed seats(sfs)for whole year. As for govt aided seats(gas) fees is 30k for an year. This is for 1st year. Afterwards it might increase a bit but not much. The sfs and gas students may opt for scholarship which will be given to to the top 3 students of each branch.
Fees and Financial Aid
One of the scholarships is given to the top 3 students of each and avery branch. Other scholarships are provided by govt. I don't know about loan facility from within the college but banks will provide education loan.
Campus Life
Workshops are organized by senior students of collegw in which anyone can participate. Other extra curricular activities are organized by the student activity clubs on their own level. Sports facilities are good. A gym is also there. College participates in various sports championships.
Hostel Facilities
1st year hostel are okay. There are 3 students in one room. Hostel facilities are lacking. Sometimes the water supply goes off. Just fans are provided, no space for coolers. In seniors hostels single room is allotted to single student. New hostel might be allotted to the 19-20 batch.
Alumni/Alumna
I don't know yet about the alumni network. Seniors are really very helpful once you get to know them. They provide every type of information, motivation, jugaads also. Everyone helps, you just have to ask them.
Admission
Attempted jee mains and then filled the REAP councelling form. The the student is allotted the college according to his JEE-mains marks or 12th %(if you filled this choice while filling the reap form) and his/her priority of college annd branch.
Faculty
CSE faculty is really good. Other departments have helpful teachers also. Some of the teachers are somewhat strict about studies. The non-teaching staff is also quite helpful. Maths faculty is less in no.(as of march '19 So students have to suffer but still the current faculty does all they can to teach all the students.
