Get to know about delhi university

The curriculum is good. It is 90% relevant, the left 10% irrelevancy is everywhere no one is perfectly perfect. B.com is a good option if u wants to pursue your career in corporate. The drawback is that college provide more theoretically knowledge not practical knowledge.

Internship opportunities are also available in the college. This year 3 semester girl got an internship offer of stipend 25000 . She is a bcom student. The role offered to her is finance. The intership opportunities are high in Delhi University

If you are a commerce student thier are high chances to get a placement . From semester 6 students became eligible for campus placements. Several companies visit the campus such as Deloitte, google etc. the offers made by the companies are pretty good. The highest package of the university was around 52 lakhs. And the average package is 6-7 lakhs. The percentage of students getting placement is not that good. My plan after getting the degree is to get a good placement.

The fees for b.com is 12800 for the complete year. Their are no any other charges then it. Other than this examination fees is charged every semester, it varies from rupees 800 to 2000. The fees is same for each and every student. No category or anything is applicable for charging fees . Scholarship is also provided to the students whose financial background is not that good. Scholarship amount is equal to course yearly fees.

Delhi University is famous for it's feste and societies itself. But our college have less number of fests. Most of the fests are held in the month of February. The library of all colleges of Delhi University is well stocked. You can easily find every book and resource there. Extracurricular activities are also offered.

My one and only priority was delhi university. I didn't applied for any other college. To get admission in Delhi University you have to give a exam naming CUET conducted by NTA. The cut offs for b.com and arts course is comparatively high as of science course. The overall admission process is some difficult to understand as it is very complicated process. You have to keep your eye on the official website for each and every notice regard admission.

Faculty to student ratio is good. The faculty to student relationship is also good. Faculty is preety much approachable. Each faculty is good. The exams are conducted twice in a year i.e semester wise. If a student studies well, exams are not that difficult infact easy. The curriculum of the course is some relevant, but theoretically knowledge is more given rather than practical knowledge.

There is no interview or group discussion for getting admission in Delhi University. All you have to do is attempt cuet exam conducted by NTA. If you get your name in cut off,you will be eligible to get admission.

The locality is safe around the campus. Their are no safety issues around campus. Many hangout spots are their where you can chill and have fun. The number of hostels is very less in Delhi University most of the students lives in pgs.
