Remarks
this is the best private college in India, cause my friends who are there in other private college in India tells about their problems like not allowing to get out at night times even in emergency, but this college has their own hospital KIIMS where you can visit anytime
Course Curriculum Overview
the course curriculum is exhaustive here at KIIT and so the timetable. You have to attend classes on saturdays and maintain minimum of 50% attendance (65% for extra talented students). The exam structure is well maintained here and the exam papers are conducted according to university rules and KIIT doesn't decide that. End semester papers comes from different universities and paper difficulty level depends on your luck
Placement Experience
full 1 year of placement activities happens here during the 4th year, the last student to get placement will also get a minimum of 5.5LPA. The T&P cell here is very friendly and helps the students to pave their paths for better placements
College Events
their are many events happening in the college, like their are atleast 20 societies here and each society celebrates their annual event. The main event is the KIIT FEST in which celebrities are brought
Fee Structure And Facilities
the fee structure is low than other private colleges, for the 2017-21 its 16L for 4 years 3 bed non-AC, and it changes for every other batch. But it remains constant in a batch. The AC rooms has 30k more fees in each semester
Fees and Financial Aid
scholarship facilities are available if you score 1st, 2nd or 3rd in your branch in a semester. And the finance department has loan facility for students which I can't elaborate. I haven't got any scholarship nor have taken any loan so don't know much about that.
Campus Life
the college has all types of sports and games facilities and each year, they conducts competition in between them, may it be any physical sports or PC games. Every sport has their respective playarea, outdoor or indoor
Alumni/Alumna
yes, the seniors are much helpful here, may it be in placement activities or any day to day problems, they always comes forward to help and sometimes mishappening happens which is being taken care by the hostel wardens
Admission
you have to seat for KIIT entrance test, KIITEE and according to that, you will get the score and your admission process will depend on the score. Since the seats in each branch are limited so you have to score accordingly. The best thing is you can apply for branch upgradation after selection if some seats remain vacant in your selected branch after the admission process, like if any student denies their admission in KIIT
Faculty
the faculties are good over here and are ready to help, some faculties who are currently in research activities stay back at the college at nights and you can meet them anytime in their cabins as they are always ready for help
