Course Curriculum Overview
For First year subjects its useless and totally unrelavant but for 2nd years you will be taught the course of respective branches for eg- For CS students from 2nd year onwards they will have DSA , Java , Sql and operating systems etc
Fees and Financial Aid
The year wise fee = 492000( Include Hostel and Mess + 1000×2 Sem reg ) For a semester = 192000 ( Institution fees ) Hostel fees = 28000 Mess fees = 25000 Reg fee = 10000 Scholarship of Rs 10000 given to students for each months provided he or she must have attendence above 75000 in each provided Subject in every semester and he she must have under 1000 rank in KIITEE Entrance exam .
Campus Life
If I rate my overall review of college i would rate 6 out of 10 every college has some pros and cons . Again campus Life is good if you have friends you can explore every bit of college part . Which is seriously very beautiful . Oh God library One of the biggest and beautiful library I have seen very beautiful Consist of various range of books available for students library name is central library . Also there is departmental library for students . classroom facilities are very good Every classroom has integrated Smart board with Digital AC and seating capacity of atleast of 80 students .
Admission
There are many reasons to select to this college first reason - 1 - many of my relative studied there and they all got placed with a handsome package . 2 - college is near to my Hometown . 3 - College provided descent placements if you studied hard definately you will get placed it provides ample amount of opportunities for the students to excel in the field it's upto the students how they take the opportunity. Admission criteria for this college is through Jee or Kiitee Entrance exam once have qualified that and further you have to sit in the counselling for branches selection . Cutoffs of CSE is 70 percentile once you got in the first phase you easily got cse which is not very difficult to secure that . Kiit conduct exams in 4 tha phases starting from April to July .
Faculty
There are some amazing and descent faculties out there in kiit Some of them are literally very good Faculties I liked during my 1st and second year of journey For maths - Rajib mia , Satya kumar Mishra etc Course Structure is like you have to Give semester exam for about 5 subject + 1 Elective In First sem - you have Phy Chem Bio ED and Graphics Mathematics ( Differential calculus and Transform of numerical methods ) BEE Betc Electives ( BME, OT , CEP) And etc Exams are Moderate but some are tricky question exam pattern are midsem + endsem + internal Midsem is about 20 marks of 1.5 hrs And Endsem is about 50 marks about 2.5 hrs
Night Life
My favourite hangout spots is MBA garden in kiit , Very beautiful and Peace area in evening . There are many Gyms alloted in each campus , Departmental library . Hostel in timing For Boys - depends on Hostel to Hostel if we consider average time then it's 7:30 pm Night For Girls it's - 7:00 pm Famous hangout places are - MBA GARDEN ROSE GARDEN Departmental OATs Kims garden And many more i dont remember.
