Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course and curriculum is entirely student friendly and immensely helpful but if the faculty was more better then it would have been more helpful. The entire syllabus is based on the necessary aspects but only thing that annoys us is the other not needed engineering subjects.

Internships Opportunities

5

The internship opportunities are great in reva many companies provide internships to reva students and a lot of students start internships right from the first year and it gives you a whole lot of experience and exposure to the coop rate world.

Placement Experience

3

The placements have been bad for the students of last year but according to older students they have decent placements not so good nor so bad but the recent placements have been very bad but if you opt for doing masters then it should be fine.

Fees and Financial Aid

The yearly fees for management quota students is 5.20 lakhs .scholarship is offered through reva cet which is mostly a scam to attract more students . Overall I feel reva in terms of fess is decent and good.

Campus Life

4

Reva has excellent infrastructure greenery a clean campus If you talk about student life it should be fine and is fun except for attendance and things and reva has great club activities and the overall atmosphere is good

Admission

I chose reva because it had good infrastructure and was highly free and lenient with students but they are very strict in terms of studies and attendance compared to other colleges I applied to I feel reva has more freedom.

Faculty

3

The faculty at reva is equally balance with both good and bad teachers .some teachers have immense knowledge while some can't even speak English properly. Marking schemes is neutral it mostly depends on the person correcting the paper.

Interview Experience

5

No I didn't face any group discussion there was a written test in which almost everyone passed as it was very easy this exam was mostly done for scholarship purposes and was easily crackable as it had

Night Life

5

The nightlife in reva is very good great spots to hangout and chill party enjoy and a lot of good scenery to look around and feel fresh if you're looking for parties their are pubs and bars everywhere

Other Applied Colleges

REVA University | Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Computer Science and Engineering)

The college infrastructure was good but the college isnt

Placement Experience:

From your 7th semester you become eligible to get placed and it is mandatory to get internship before you get placed which the college helps you to get and around 400-500 companies visit, and a good amount of offers are made by them. The average package stands somewhere around 11LPA -12LPA and the highest goes to 50LPA-60LPA and the median stands around 9-10LPA.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I'm in 1st semester. I will update you after my exams. But one good thing is that from this year, internals and externals will hold same weightage i.e., 50/50 If you can score more than 45% in internals which wouldn't be that big of a deal because they'll ask most the questions from class notes. Most of the faculties are average I would say. But some are good professors too. I chose CSE because I find these topics interesting since junior school. And everyone is just jumping into cse is a reason too lol.
