We have 2 semesters after 6 months in 1 year. Exams are comfortable for the students who study the subject. It is difficult for those who do not study.

Only students who have 60% marks were eligible for the admission in the stream of chemistry honours but the percentage varies with the other streams .There were caste based quota system. before taking admission to Ranaghat college I also applied to chakdaha college and Kalyani University.
