Course Curriculum Overview

4

I actually was so determined to choose this course way before I had joined this college, here the curriculum courses are ok they will buy themselves provide the resources but the exams will be in your understanding level, so the exams will prepare you for the real world and the projects they give are the other one, this is also a part of curriculum, the projects, mini projects are also integrated in the curriculum. The exams are at the end of sem, we have 4 ciats(Continuous internal assessment test) and 2 sem exams for an year.

Internships Opportunities

3

Our college would help really good in placement opportunities and they give us a list of internship offering companies, and we can choose any companies of that, or we can choose our own too, so we can get good internship experience overall, they give us the projects to test our understanding and will be strict to evaluate the internship projects.

Placement Experience

5

About the placements, our college give placement training right from the third year, like we can choose the language java, c, python like that, and then placement teams will come right from our third year itself and the placement team is so good but the placement training is so rigorous, we have to be fully concentrated and should give full focus in it, my plan is to get a good job in a big company that's it.

Fees and Financial Aid

Firstly I have got through management quota, After that my cutoff was just 170, so I have paid 7 lakhs for the college as a management fee and then yearly 1.5 lakhs been paying, so altogether 13 lakhs has been paid to this college.

Campus Life

3

About the festivals, we have lot of fests and competitions and stuffs like that, our college apart from academia will give lot of opportunities for the sportive side too, we have 2 main group called Ignitron which is for tech related group has lot of clubs in it like game development, design making and lots of stuff like that, and the Sangamam which is for cultural one and has lot of clubs in it. We have a fest called Fiesta every year which is a national one. How much ever they give importance to our academic life they give importance to other extra curricular activities too, that's the thing I like about our college.

Admission

Actually I have applied to Christ University Bangalore before my results came out, my cutoff got low and my relatives were in the college, adviced my parents about the college and joined me into it, the Christ University like the email came only after the result came out and I joined KPR institute. If we have a good cutoff or if we have some good exam score, our college provide concession fee, like free hostel fee or academic fee. So that's a good one from my College.

Faculty

3

Like mentioned before the only problem that I had was teachers, not everyone but few of them. All the teachers are student friendly, we can approach them whenever we want. Most of the teachers have 2 degrees atmost, and some of them are ph D scholars. The number of students in our class are 76 including lateral entries. My most favourite is Selvakumar sir, as he has a great knowledge and unlike others, what he would do is that, he will check for everyone's performance through projects and he would nudge the good students in a good way make them participate in seminars and workshops. I don't like few faculties and I don't want to mention their names, they are like 90's mindset people in co ed college, they would sneak into the personal lives of students too. Then the exams are a mid one, sometimes it would be easy sometimes it would be tough, but it's a bit easy to pass if we study with understanding.

Night Life

2

We have lot of good places in the college where we can spend time, we have library, 3 cafeteria, canteens and we have lot of food items in there, burgers sandwiches pizzas milkshakes juices and lots of like that, the night life is a bit forbidden for females but males are allowed. Except the fests and competitions, we can't do good party thing in our college, and I have never spent a night life in the college

Other Applied Colleges

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is relevant and provides a good balance of theoretical knowledge and practical learning. It prepares students for real-world applications, but more industry projects, practical sessions, and updated teaching methods would help. Exams are generally well-spaced and moderately difficult.

Placement Experience:

Placements are generally decent, with students becoming eligible from the final year. Several companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in technical and non-technical fields. Packages vary by company, and placement opportunities depend on skills and performance. Many students secure jobs, while others pursue higher studies or competitive exams.
