- Tan tea offers refreshments for the students at a affordable money
- Public library is open till 8pm daily ,very useful
- Lots of stone benches across the university.
Dislikes
- Climate is often unbearable. Madurai often have dry cllimate
- Canteen food is not everyone’s cup of tea
- The water too have more salt content making it unpleasant to use
Course Curriculum Overview
This is one of the rare course one can choose after completing geography, the curriculum prepares us well providing lot of technical knowledge involving GIS softwares like arcmap, qgis etc.4 sem exam within 2 years , they are easy to pass and score good marks.
Fees and Financial Aid
My university offers a wide range of courses my course is a two year course with sixteen thousand as fee per year, the fees will not increase. The fees is same for all the sc, st, obc . Scholarship cell is there in the university
Campus Life
No festive in university but overall good experience with friends and lot of books on the library and smart classroom. There is one big ground in university. Lot of students and groups too with lot of activities including scooba diving
Admission
Lack of score to get into other university and interest in studying technical course led me here. No i didn't apply to lots of college.recently our department conducts entrance to get into the department.
Faculty
There are lot of department across the university each department have atleast 5 to 6 , faculty including the HOD, our department have 5 faculty and 11 students . Good relationship between students and teachers.course is 2 year course with 4 sem exam and exam fees included.
Night Life
Good night life across university well equipment in the gym, more than 2 cafeteria and good public library makes it a good experience. Boys hostel doesn't have any timings.madurai no good for hang out only study
