Remarks

Positive remark - our faculties are very good and also our seniors. They are always available for us. Negative remark- the system is not very much good and no campusing system i.e. no chance for direct job from college.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The syllabus is huge and large enough. The syllabus should be basis on the syllabus of net and gate. It is semester system and minimum two internals are taken for each paper. Too much pressure and we don't get enough time for taking preparation for competitive exam.

Internships Opportunities

No. My college does not provide any internship. If any student is interested in any summer or winter internship they can apply in another University. In that case our faculty helps us by mailing to the other University's faculty.

Placement Experience

1.5

Here no campusing system. So students do not get any job by direct campusing. But they get job in companies like ONGC through gate. Or they get job in BARC. Or they get GRE or jrf and can apply for phD.

College Events

4.5

1. Seminars- One main seminar in a year. Minimum 40 seminars we can attain. 2. Teacher-student meeting 3. Teachers' day 4. Compition basis on the subject 5. Reunion 6. Freshers 7. Interbhavana matches

Fee Structure And Facilities

It is not expensive although we have practical courses and we use expensive instruments and substances in practical lab. But hostel fees are expensive as example Kitchen charges and bed charges. Tuition fee is negligible.

Fees and Financial Aid

Only one student get one scholarship who get the highest marks in the total course. But this is basis on the family income. And the scholarship is very much negligible. May be 2500 Rupees in one year.

Campus Life

3

Interdepartment matches and interbhavana matches are organised. Cricket, football, badminton, table tenis, long tenis, volyball, swiming etc games are organised. But no female teams are here in cricket and football team. If any female student shows interest in participate in boys' team they are not allowed.

Hostel Facilities

2

Not good. We don't like the Hostel's foods till we are forced to take the Hostel's food. The quality of the food is too much bad but expensive. And the in time in Hostel is 8:30 pm. It is too much early for us.

Alumni/Alumna

They are also too much helpful. We can contact with them in reunion. They can help us in many ways. The bonding between senior-junior is very strong. We are too much thankful. They share their notes, books etc.

Exam Structure

It is semester system. Minimum two internals are taken for each paper. So in one year total 6 exams for each paper. In Post graduate course we have total 6 papers. So total 36 exams. We don't get enough time for preparing other competitive exams.

Admission

I got admission in this college according to the merit list basis on the marks of 12th. The merit list was obtained on the basis of the marks of the highest four subjects of high secondary plus the marks of that subject which I had choosed for honours subject.

Faculty

4.5

They are our GOD. Always available for students. All faculties are too much hardworking. They take extra classes if we need. Teacher-student interaction is very good. They are also active in practical lab.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My passion and a bit of curiosity in International Relations led me to choose this course. The curriculum, in fact, prepared me well for further academic pursuits. For improvement, educational excursions and internship opportunities should be made available. The exam is held twice a year on semester basis, with papers set at a moderate to difficult level.

There are limited on campus placement opportunities here, especially for Arts and Eng Hons students. Most students focus on higher studies, competitive exams or off campus opportunities after graduation. The college provides basic guidance through teachers but formal placement drives are rare.
