Remarks

The main positive remarks are assured placement, good faculties, good classroom environments, cleanliness and mainly the food they provide. The Negative remarks are other than concentrating only on studies they can encourage people to participate in extra curriculars

Course Curriculum Overview

5

It depends on each and everyone's domain interest. I feel it is better to take CSC or IT for the college has assured placement at the end of your studies. Other than which people can go ahead with their own domain interest.

Internships Opportunities

I'm not much sure about this because I have not done such. But yeah I think now they are providing internships for the students. It is always good to have intern experience during college days.they should be concentrating on it more.

Placement Experience

5

As I already said, people can blindfoldedly join this college if their only aim is to get placed. They assure 100% placement for the students but you should make sure that you dont have more than 1 or 2 arrears.

College Events

3.5

As every college does, we do have symposiums conducted each year and people actively participate in it. They arrange technical events and also allow senior people to arrange seminars for their juniors about latest technologies.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure is feasible when you are joining through merit. When I studied i paid normal tuition fees and hostel fees along with food fees. But I'm sure that the rates are worth for their facilities.

Fees and Financial Aid

They do have scholarships for students who scores university ranks and for students who achieve un sports field and get medals for college and also they help the poor people with education. You give your best and they make sure about your scholarships.

Campus Life

5

The labs are very good with best lab attendants who ate very friendly and helpful. There is no much extra curricular activities allowed for students. But the sports quota people are allowed to concentrate in their specialised sports.

Hostel Facilities

5

This college is best opted by the hostellers because the main thing a hosteller needs is a good room to stay and good food daily. I can say proudly that these both are provided at the best by st.josephs college of engineering

Alumni/Alumna

They maintain the alumni network very well. I used to see our seniors coming to colleges for alumni meets. And also they call them to give motivational speech for final year students about their work and future.

Exam Structure

The exam structure is same like other colleges. We have two to three model exams and unit tested on regular basis in each semester which helps us to get prepared for the upcoming semesters. They make sure you study.

Admission

I got selected through the merit list. Got this college through Anna university counselling. Even after getting other colleges I opted for st.joseph's because I'm a hosteller and I thought it is a good decision.

Faculty

4.5

The faculties are highly talented people. I'm not sure about the other departments but my department IT had good professors who helped us a lot. They are very friendly people. Once again thanks for them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is relevant and provides a good balance of theoretical knowledge and practical learning. It prepares students for real-world applications, but more industry projects, practical sessions, and updated teaching methods would help. Exams are generally well-spaced and moderately difficult.

Placement Experience:

Placements are generally decent, with students becoming eligible from the final year. Several companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in technical and non-technical fields. Packages vary by company, and placement opportunities depend on skills and performance. Many students secure jobs, while others pursue higher studies or competitive exams.
