- The campus of the college is way more better than expected. I am in Shyam lal college and the rumours about this college says that the area is not so good and is considered as a very bad college of off campus but it is the best college amongst all of
- The canteen here is good. The food is really cheap and some of the items are very tasty.
- The senior students are very kind and gentle.
Dislikes
- The only thing i didn't like is the crowd. The crowd here is full of the students who have come from outside Delhi with some quotas and all. So they are not that educated and mature enogh to hel me developing my personality which was the main purpose
Course Curriculum Overview
The course I am pursuing is b.com programme and i am going with this course because it really provides me with the information which can be useful for me in real life unlike various other courses whic includes concepts based on just assumptions. This course teaches me amout a lot of principles and financial terms and laws which can be very useful for me at various point of time in my life. The couse uld have been much better if it would have a bit more deepness in the concepts it teaches. Tat would have taken the course amongst the list of best courses as per me. Also the other reason for ne going with this course called b.com programme is that its syllabus is around and about the syllabus of charted accountancy.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees I paid for the first year is around ?13500. Fees for second year will decrease by around 1200 and will result into around ?12250 and the fees for the third year will be as same as the fees for the second year that is again around?12250. The amounts given are the fees for whole respective years. There is no semester charges. These amounts includes tution fees ?180, library and reading room charges 300, etc..
Campus Life
The overall experience over college life is a point of view I cannot express properly because I have just explored the college for 6 months and lived the college life for just 6 months. But yes the live i experienced during these 6 months was very good and enjoying. I had a lot of fun with my new friend and whole the time I keep making more new friend. Si it was ver good.
Admission
I didn't chose this college I got it as per my cuet score. But yes it was amnogs one of the top preferences of my college preference list because of some reasons. The reasons are that the college is near my house, my uncle is graduated from this college a long time ago and are doing very good in life and also I had the knowledge about yhe area which heped me a lot to put these college over various other colleges.
Faculty
I cannot say much about the faculty members but yes some teachers are really gery good and keeps us engaged and motivated but some professors are like that they just don't give af about us. They are unprofessional and unskilled. Some teachers teach good and also provides external support along with the course studies. The course I am pursuing is B.com programme and I just cleared Sem 1 so yes the subjects for sem1 were Business organisation and management, business law, financial accounting and the other sec, vac and aec subjects and subjects for sem2 includes Corporate accounting, company law and human resource management along ith the other sec, vac, ge and aec subjects.
Night Life
The night life around my college campus is good as my college lies in Shahdra district and is very close to a very good market of shahdra called chota bazaar and there are also various good places to explore various good places where you can find very tasty food.
