Likes

I only like the internship which is provided in gandhi hospital,there we can learn many things
I like the laboratories but equipments are not wife range

Dislikes

I hate the faculty and management and principal
Whole college won't support the students in any way,they escape from solving student problems and in return they blame the students
They won't allow to write the internal exams if the attendance is below 75%, if students ask they say as per jntu rules we follow....but actually Jntu itself declared attendance is not mandatory as we are Covid batch

Course Curriculum Overview

I only choosed this course due to clinical studies with direct contact with patients, but actually everyone say that PHARM D is equal to MBBS but it's wrong , actually pharm d deals with many aspects except human anatomy and physiology This course has to be studied practically more than in classes ,it's easy to gain knowledge from this course but student has to do hard work to get a good scope

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 700000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Year wise I paid 2 lakhs for 3 years and I paid 1 lakh for 4th year ,I completed my fees and now I should pay jntu fee 5000 I'm a management category My batchmates are paying 15 lakhs ( highest fee of class ) and some are paying 6 lakhs and some are paying only 2500 for year as they get free seat due to caste ( ST) No scholarship provided for me EAMCET rankers will get scholarship

Campus Life

There is no such enjoyment in the college,they won't even consider pharm d students ,there is no extracurricular activities for students, no student social groups or clubs no student portals No student support , facilities are bad...no clean washrooms , accessibility of books and journals are there in Library but we can take only 3 books on our ID card

Admission

I choosed a good course in worst college ( CMR college of pharmacy) this is the worst college ever ,I only choosed this because my internship was at gandhi hospital I didn't get any rejections from other colleges,I applied to bharath college of pharmacy,they gave me admission but then my parents got a call from vice principal of cmr college of pharmacy asking to come ,then we went ,we just saw the Gandhi hospital as it a government hospital

Faculty

Worst faculty ever ,they fight between themselves,they won't even think about students ,there is no friendly environment in pharmacy campus...we can't trust any faculty ,they show partiality so much and in return they complain about students to manipulate in front of principal and then they complain to parents as well faculty for pharm D are less compared to B pharmacy , DOCTOR OF PHARMACY is a 6 years course which has 5 years of class work and last year consists of internship at gandhi hospital secunderabad , this course won't have semister type exams we have annual exams- yearly once ,many people say that this course is tough and many hot failed in exams

Night Life

No gym, there is one cafeteria but it's costly,college itself has come hostels with worst wardens Students or parents can hangout if they go suchitra or Kompally which is side by our college Locality is not safe as it lies on highway we can't go at nights

The college provides the placement to the students with good package. The placements like Designer studio or Boutique yo learn the practical things and about the client managing. The placements are provided to the students who are intrested to work with industry

Dislikes

Limited class hours with less time for the classes
The class rooms are with good lighting and good condition
The hands on practice with faculty guide need more

I was looking for a makeup academy that offers good training at an affordable fee, and HIITMS Makeup Academy caught my attention. The location is very convenient and easy to reach. Good college for getting a degree

Likes

Things I liked is our is around 40+ years old so the academic structure is well established but old fashioned
As it is Bachelor of engineering our college degree is good for higher studies like masters
Faculty are some what better compared to other colleges

Dislikes

No proper scope of physical education and sports
Attendance is considered very strictly and
Facilities in campus like proper sports equipment is not available for all games

Placement Experience:

From 5th sem to 8th sem campus placement gonna takes place there are many MNCs and startups visited for hiring like accenture etc and has highest package around 20 lakhs and avg package around 5lahks placement percentage is very good we can also do masters after degree

my college have good hospital facility but it lacks patients and the college infrastructure is good comparing to other college
the college have a strict uniform rule for all other courses there are different type of colour uniform
the faculty which teach me in 2nd year are all qualified and are senior proffesor

Dislikes

the fine process for delaying just for one day they fine is implemented around 100 rupees
the strict punishment they give to the students is the other thing which i dislike
in the name of college event they take money from the student but they still don't offer them lunch atleast not even snacks

the course offers us a 1 year of internship in the hospital and also give stifend and also allow the student work in college pharmacy in the hospital the college timmings are from 9am to 3:30pm and for every year they conduct the university exam which is an annual exam each year we write 6 subjects

Likes

One thing I like about this college is how the environment,good weather as there are many trees and garden to seat and have some fun.
The next I like about the college is about our faculty and the infrastructure.there are amazing teacher to explain the some of the toughest subjects ,lab are too good .
If some like to prepare for some other examinations like gate,civils .we have lot of free time to prepare for all other exams

Dislikes

Even though we have a good ground, there are many people in the ground who would distrub u ,these people come here for jogging and playing different sports and but they are not from our college
Wifi is not good the signal strength in our college is not good and we don't get good internet even from the mobile networks too.this is more irritating many times.
As it is open campus many vehicles would be passing and many unknown people would there around.we just have only one technical synopsis,as many private colleges have more than one fest.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that good, many of my friends have placed but I haven't placed yet and I am searching for the job ,and I have been applying for the placements and I have been for interview in some of them and not selected for the job.

Main thing is patient load is good so you will learn more
Hands on opportunity for pgs to do lscs is high ,so we will become very good at lscs surgery

Dislikes

Work load is high so you need to sacrifice your sleep in duties .shift time to sleep will be less
Hospital is less hygienic,mainly basic investigation like CBP lft and RFT pt inr will be done at any time

Course Curriculum Overview:

My internship at osmania medical College made me understand that I will like obgy. Mbbs students will do 6 weeks of internship in obgy department. We will learn how to perform deliveries and do episiotomies and suture them. Pg in obgy from osmania will be good enough to face the real world but mainly we learn obstetrics. For gyneacology surgeries we have less exposure. We will get opportunity to assist in total abdominal hysterectomy in final year few times (around 2 to 3 times) Exam will be in final year and most of pgs will pass the exam

All the required equipments such as HPLC, UV spectophotometer are available in the lab. They encourage us to do experiments.
The faculty and staff members are so supportive for the students.
They encourage in different categories such as sports, cultural activities and overall

Dislikes

The main disadvantage is there is very little government transport facility.

Placement Experience:

The students from 6th year of pharmd are eligible for the placements. They are companies which provide jobs for our seniors also. Companies like Pfizer, medplus, pulsus etc hired the students of our college.

Likes

The infrastructure is very good and the garden maintenance was nice , multiple buildings are there for different course classes and campus is well secured by security guards every where and good behaviour of administration dept and library available
Teaching staff will be there with good subject knowledge and good personality and behave well and they never tied of studying us
I love this village like vibes around college it gives peace pleasure and am always happy to join here

Dislikes

Sometimes they ask to pay fee just after few weeks from academic yr started
They give always importance to prestige of college
Sometimes feel stressed in exams time and they didn't inform the required important information in time

Pharmd is a good course but mostly in india it is still under development so after the completion of course the opportunities for job or placement are less but if u work hard no anything can stop to meet the goal This course provides doctorate

I chose this course because of my interest in computers and mainly AI, so I chose this course. The faculty-student ratio is better but it can be improved. The qualification of the faculty here is PhD forest of the faculty and B.com for some assistant professors

My smooth path to student visa success

I chose samskruthi college of engineering and technolgy because it is a JNTUH afficated, NAAC "A" grade college with good faculty and labs for Mechanicla engineering, and My TS EAMCET rank matched this college cutoff range.Other options i considered were similar tier colleges in hyderabad. But they are far from my home or the mechanical seats were already filled during the couselling.Samsruthi gave me a confirmed seat through the convener quota. So it was practical and safe chocie for me. The admission process was simple: First i wrote TS EAMCET after completion of my Intermediate,then i attended online counselling,locked my options with the college code(SMSK) and branch as mechanical engineering and finally reported to the campus with my originals for verification and fee payment.For B.Tech,Student generally need to pass intermediate at least 60%. most students prefer TS EAMCET as the main entrance exam. while a few join through management quota based on merit in their qualifying exam.
