Course Curriculum Overview

5

From childhood seeing doctors saving and treating people and of course earning so much money which is what influenced me to take the course. The course gives us real time exposure to patients and help us learn to diagnose and treat them.

Internships Opportunities

5

Internships we do as a part of the course which is one year after clearing the final year exam. We get 15000 per month while on internships Amd then after internship we have to do bond service which is around 50k to 1l per month.

Fees and Financial Aid

Year wise we have to pay 8 lakhs.Hostel mess fees separate which is 1 lakh per annum. Scholarships are provided after selection and needy students who require help and its given either for whole year or for half year.

Campus Life

5

Each year there is autumn muse, the fest if our college and also inter class culturals and inter class sports. The campus provides a number of grounds for different sports like football, hockey, badminton, tennis, volleyball.

Hostel Facilities

5

We all get single rooms which are very spacious with proper ventilation and with one study table and one wardrobe. The quality of food provided in mess are very good with non veg most of the days. Renting is costly

Admission

I only applied for this college since I was confirmed that I'll get here. I chose this college becoz it's ranked 14 in all india medical colleges The admission is through kea karnataka examination association.

Faculty

5

5 faculty for every 150 students. The faculty are very nice and helpful towards us explaining everything. The anatomy department are the best. There are total 4 exams per year out of which 2 are internals one is prelims and one is finals or university.

Night Life

5

There are two separate gym for both boys and girls There are 2 cafeterias present inside college. One library for everyone. One garden type place to sit Hostel timings are not so much strict. Utility campus is present inside college for foods snacks and all .

Curriculum is based on practical scenarios and very relevant since doctors need to understand real life scenarios inorder to treat patients. Curriculum includes OSCE and certified skills that prepare students to become good doctors. More individual attention and skill development can help students understand topics and mould into good clinicians.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The MBBS comprises 19 Subjects which is vast. Knowing so many things make you not only knowledgeable but also you have very important role in society. This course is filled with practical knowledge which are compulsory to get. This gives you skills which only a few people can have. So you already stand in society. The newer changes that has been made by NMC has reduced the time for studies. It was less exhausting before. Exams are properly placed and arranged . They are well divided into theories, practicals, internal examinations, certification for skills, etc. Last year has more papers now.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Doctor is a noble profession , the mere respect which we get by being doctor is one of the prime motive for me to pursuade this course Aside from physiology , anatomy and biochemistry we have a e t c o m which is a type of curriculum which is thought to us in which we learn to deal with different situations during our career and they also help us in terms of improving our communication which is very crucial In real life application . Personally for me the curriculum started on September and we had our first internals in January 2nd around March third round me and we had a final exams in August Honestly speaking MBBS is not an easy course , it is really hard, you need to understand the core, and then applied to even in theory and practical exams. concept
