Course Curriculum Overview
Im still in first year so can't really tell about how they prepare us for real world applications on aiml..they haven't really thought us about the insights on what were actually studying about .. I hope it gets better We've got two cie's and one internal.. I'd say anything exam every 1 and a half months
Placement Experience
You will be eligible for campus placements after end of third year The earlier you get placed the higher the package highest package is 30lpa and average is 6.5lpa Students above 8 cgpa can get good placements
Fees and Financial Aid
First year I paid 950000 (6 lakh donation).. donation prize depends on the time of the year you join, the earlier the better 2nd year onwards it's 3.5 lakhs per annum for all the students They take 3000 for the final SEE exams You can get a scholarship for about 15k if you have got above 85 percent in your 12th finals
Campus Life
There are many clubs and activities for the students for all kinds of talents Main fest at nhce is sargam that they do every year and it gets better every year Wide range of books in library..there is digital library too A smart screen in every classroom Free gym for the students of nhce We also have a good basketball team
Admission
I applied to almost all the top colleges around Bangalore but my scores were too low to get in to any of them.. of all the colleges I could get in to, new horizon had the best placements All you have to do is enter the college and pay the fee if you have passed your 12th
Faculty
Faculties are really supportive over here..no worries about that..you can get good knowledge frim this campus The teachers are always there for students for any doubts or queries Exams are quite easy..few teachers do strict correction but not all.. The course curriculum is revised and updated
Interview Experience
All you have to do is enter the college and pay the fee..no interviews.all you have to do is pass your 12 grade exam Very easy to get in to this college, I didn't have to do much work, but yeah..they do ask for a lot of money for what it's worth
Night Life
Gym is free for the students of nhce, open from 6 to 8 30 in the morning and 3 30 to 8 30 in the evening Cafteterias close by 6pm Library is open 24/7 Hostel curfew is 10 pm Famous hangout places in college are tango cafeteria, udupi and Nescafe Locality is safe around the night
