Likes
- I like the infrastructure of the college because it is good.
- I like the Library of the college. It has two libraries first one is Tagore library which contains huge number of books and large area
- I like its area . Campus size is so big it contains many grounds and parks under it.
Dislikes
- I do not likes course curriculum of this college because they only teach basic knowledge of the course they do not make you industry ready
- I do not like its faculty because only few professors are look experience and knowledgeable while others are just average.
- I do not like washroom here because they are so much dirty and smelly. And also Drinking water is not good here sometimes.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose the course B.com because I wanted to prepare for Govt exams and I only need a graduation degree so that's why I chosen it. The curriculum of the course do not prepare you for real-world applications because it curriculum is old and not relevant in today's time. They need to improve their course syllabus; they need to make the syllabus according to today's industry requirements. Exams happen twice in a year and it is easy to pass the exams.
Placement Experience
Placement is not so good because only MBA , BCA or other professional courses students get placement and only few of them get placement with an average package of 4 to 4.5 LPA. Other courses like BA , Bcom, Bsc do not get any placement here.
Fees and Financial Aid
The Year wise Fee I pay is Rs.7104 which includes Admission fee , Games fee , Library fees , Tuition Fees , Delegacy Fees, Student welfare funds , Examination Fees, Development fees, Cultural activities fees. Yes there is also scholarship provide which is provided by UP Govt. You will get the scholarship of you are eligible for it and fulfilling its requirements. Fees for complete course is around Rs. 21000 Approx for 3 years and this is stable it is not increasing.
Campus Life
Campus Life is quite good not so much because because campus is so huge you can easily enjoy with you friends and group. There are no much events happen only few events takes place like Anantam And Insula etc once in a year . Library of this college is huge and it contains so many books of every niche you can get information from it. Few sports activities also happen like cricket and volleyball etc mainly for hostel students.
Admission
I chose this college because it is the University of Lucknow, and other colleges are affiliated with it and come under it, so that's why I chose this college. I just need a degree so that's why, without thinking so much, i chose this college. The admission process is quite easy Firstly you have to fill admission form, then you need to give the entrance exam conducted by the university. If you reach the cutoff, then you will get admission easily.
Faculty
Faculty to students ratio is bad because there are large number of seats in course and and Professors are less as per requirement. Relationship between students and faculty is good not so bad. I like my cost accounting professor because he is good and looks experienced. Exams are happen twice in year as per semester system odd semester exam and even semester exam. Exams are easy to pass you can easily pass the exam by studying just before the exams . Mostly students pass the exam hardly one to two fail in exams . Course curriculum is very old and not relevant in today's need of industry.
Night Life
College also contains a big gym which university students can use gym opens twice in a day morning and evening. There are 8 canteens in a campus where students eat snacks and food and chill with their friends. Their are some hangout place near college like movie hall , park etch are available. And also transportation is also very good near college you can easily get metro ,bus, auto anything you want.
