Remarks

The college is a dream for many students but is highly competitive. It can change the way you think and can completely transform the way you look at things. It lacks in sports facilities but compensates through its other merits like placements and faculty

Course Curriculum Overview

It is a 3 year course with a total of six semesters of 6 months each. We study General Management for the first 2 years then opt for a specialization in Finance, Marketing, Human Resource or Global Business Operations

Placement Experience

Yes, the college has a dedicated placement cell which provides placement and Internship opportunities to the students. The average package goes up to INR 6.5 LPA. Recruiters include top companies like Bain, BCG and KPMG

College Events

There are more than 25 societies in the colleges which hold their respective events each year. The events range from the cultural fest, Management conclaves, startup fests and food fests. The college also holds an annual discussion forum

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is highly feasible just like other colleges at Delhi University. It ranges from INR 15000 to INR 30000. A minimal exam fee has to be submitted each year. There are also scholarship opportunities for meritorious students

Fees and Financial Aid

The college provides financial support to EWS category students both in terms of college fee and other amenities. There are seperate library sections for EWS kids. The university also launches various loans and scholarship programs

Campus Life

Sports is one front in which the college lacks. However it has advanced computer labs to assist the subjects available. Due to infrastructural constraints, there are only a few sports opportunities available

Alumni/Alumna

The senior students and alumni network is highly approachable, resourceful and helpful. They guide their juniors quite well to induct them into the new environment. The alumni are placed at big corporate houses and hence can provide good opportunities

Admission

After appearing for the 12th board exams, I registered for the DU JAT exam which takes place in the first week of July. Rank for this exam also gives some weightage to the 12th results and top 150 rank holders get admission in SSCBS

Faculty

The entire faculty of BMS is highly trained and experienced. Many of them have passed out from premier colleges and possess professional degrees like CFA. They focus more on the practical aspects and case studies and use innovative methodologies to teach

The opportunites in the campus .

Likes

I liked my College faculty especially my course faculty that is they are so helpful both in academics and your life decisions and they provide a personal mentoring for your every question about the career and future goals .
Our college environment is also good as our college infrastructure is not that big but the overall zones like lawn area , canteen , playground , library , washrooms are always clean , and the departmental area they are the good ones .
I like my college societies so much , as a part of music society in my college it is so helpful for me to end my full day stress by spending time in the society , our college Annual fests are also the best one among most of the reputed colleges .

Dislikes

I dont like the infrastructure of our college that much because it is not perfect as per my observations , there are many things to be enhanced ,
Placements of our college is not enough as per our expectations .
Student leaders or activist who becomes aa voice of the students are not honest and helpful.

Placement Experience:

Placements from my college is not as i expected but they provide good internships opportunity according to your skills and The average placement package of my college is 6 lakh and highest one is 12 lakh , my plan is to persue MBA after completing my graduation .

I would say I liked the classes like they have a lot of space
The college is fully AIR - CONDITIONED which is very nice
Has 3 canteen that has good food and place to sit while eating

Does not have a proper ground for playing

All the things which are in my curriculum are relevent and comprehensive as the college give us the topics that are going to come in our exams which really helps kepping the load down from the students as they might not study if the syllabus is more and more

Campus life is so good, they plan trip every year
I loved the teaching method, the seminars that were conducted were very helpful
Pranav sir, nishant sir, ashish sir they are very supportive and nice. D

Dislikes

There is no ground but they do take you to cricket grounds and tounament is conducted every semester so you can join the cricket team and they will take you there, even for badminton and other sports too

Placement Experience:

Placement are very good. Even like after four semester, you get the opportunity to do internship and almost tap this get placed and according to the calibre, 10,000 50,000 15,000 if I talk about myself, I got an internship at Hero wide of 20,000 so and after that, also, I got the placement in the same company when they came for the place along with three swim. We also placed in the same and next year when I sit in the next place, they help me in getting a job Italian's partner or what else can be better than this that they treat their student as a family. Even after when you're passing out, you don't feel like You are left out or you can't go again, so this is a thing which is really great about our college.

Societies are active, there is a lot of scope for extra curricular activities in college
The faculty is helpful in terms of academics.

Administration doesn’t follow through with plans
Classrooms and canteen have obsolete seating.
Placements could be better although they’re alright.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from the 5th semester onwards. Many companies came and the highest placement was 23 LPA last time. Some courses get less placement than others but overall the opportunities are alright.
