Course Curriculum Overview

4

There are two course B.A.LL.B (hons) and BBA.LL.B (hons) i choose ba llb because the law subjects are better societal purpose so, thought to be take ba llb over bba llb in ba llb in first year we were having torts ,contract ,sociology, eco, legal english, legal method ,pol sci then in 2nd year there constitution, motarvehicle act, consumer act with socio, and pol sci till 3rd year the subjects of B.A is there but after from 4 th year onwards only law subjects will be there. AS law is very interesting the judgements the example the logical approch the case study . You will get to know much this world is cruel ,the biased judgement decision which feels bad yes they exist. There must be a subject which must be based on practical approch as student must know the terms of court the realworld some how lil bit which teaches or prepare students befor stepping into the court world yes internship is mandate which teaches but a subject which teaches lil before hand to be a not a new to court rules and regulation it must be introduced. The exams are moderate if you study ofcourse the timing is 3 hr is end sems you have to study very much and have to rite in syncronization manner hich looks presentable.

Internships Opportunities

4

I Have taken internship in first year and in second year have done my internship on my own the school of law providing the internship to student who want tehre assitance in this matter and internships are good some are paid also, as in legal field the internship without stipend is more taken it account so, very less internship provide stipend .

Fees and Financial Aid

In the first year of college, I paid Rs. 1,90,137. I got a concession on fees by some percent due to my 12th board marks. People who get 80 to 90 percent or 90 percent above in the 12th boards get more scholarships. Before the beginning of next year, you have to pay the fees. As the 2nd year began, I paid the fees of Rs 1,61,171 because i got the scholarship of Rs 35405. Then in the 3rd year, I paid Rs 184099 here, I got the scholarship of Rs 18233. Now I have given my 3rd year end sem, I have paid my 7th semester fees. The fee structure includes 5000 of examination fees and 5000 of Registration fees in addition to acedemic fees. The scholarship thing is good in Sharda because one of my friends got a 100% scholarship as she scored 10 CGPA in her first year. The scholarship percentage depends on which category your CGPA lies in. In law it depends on student and the level of hard level of examination The scholarship is based like in b-tech if you have score 9.4 CGPA it depends how much scholarship you will get if the number student had scored is more than your CGPA, then you will get less CGPA but if the no. is less than you will get more Scholarship.

Campus Life

5

The campus of Sharda is tremendous, they are having lot of clubs, music, dancing, literary, sports, and many more You just have to give an audition and they will contact you further if you get selected. Many festivals are organized throughout the year. The chorus is one of the biggest events in Delhi NCR. It is 3 3-day event games,dj night, a celebrity night, and many Coke Studio concerts. Also happen and throughout the year, some events happen music fests, cultural fests etc. The central library is huge but in law, there is a library exclusively for law students it contains many bare acts, books they have provided subscription to SCC,Hein online, Manupatra Also provides newspapers and overall, it is a good experience.

Admission

I gave my clat ug i applied in gautam buddh University for 5 yr law course but the surrounding and environment and the administration was not up to mark then i searched and found about sharda and it was comed in top private colleges for law and i check it out and one my friend was also was placed there i asked for review he said it is a good college as although everything is depend upon student in law field.I filled the form as there is SUAT exam of sharda if you enroll early they take your exam ,GD, Interview also but i have taken my admission at end season so , they selected m on my clat score . The admission process was easy management and admistration was very maintainable each and everything was well managed . You just have to go in counselling session then they will guide you for adminsitration process . During the counselling session my counsellor was very sweet she guided me throughout.

Faculty

The faculty of Sharda School of Law are approcable they are good in what they do. some teacher are really very good, there relationship with student is very friendly and they also teaches very well, the proffessor of BNSS BNS, corporate are really good they will teach you very paitently they will tell your mistakes or where stand what is need to be improved or what material you must read if you ask them about judiciary and other they are always ready to help you, you can write research paper under there guidance or ask there guidance or help in any matter. All the proffessors i learnt throught my three years they were really good some are not that much good some proffessor often play dirty tricks or used a languange which should not be used through the mouth of a teacher. Yes proffessor do favours to there favouraite ones or do partiallity but some of the proffesssor are really good under there guidance you wont feel the need to have talk that proffesor who are not maintaing his or her decorum to stand as a proffessor.

Night Life

5

But the hostel timing for girls in summer is 9pm and in winter it is 8 pm and for boys it's whole night they can roam anywhere around campus . Not everyone gets placed and the people who gets placed don't get much, there are multiple companies that come for the interview and only people with 60+ percent in their exams can qualify for the interview.
