Likes
- The friendliness of staff and their behaviour is excellent.
- Low fees is an exceptional incentive for students who are in need of better higher studies at low cost along with the reputation of the university.
- The scope it provides is also excellent with wide range of books at the central library and free health care facilities available to students at health centre.
Dislikes
- Professors are not available 24/7 instead scholarship are assigned to pick up classes.
- Library has a bit old stock of books and are not updated hence not much useful.
- Not that much big campus but pretty anyways.
Fees and Financial Aid
Starting with the course fees Bachelor of commerce hons at Banaras Hindu University calls for a fees of Rs 1150 for regular BCom Hons course and 15000 + 1150 fees for paid seat of BCom Hons. Apart from course the university porvides for hostel facility also whose fees is approx 8000 per year and mess facility is a compulsion with RS 115 per day.
Campus Life
Just when you come to overla experience with the campus Life ok channel social aspects club involt and infrastructure provided infrastructure of faculty such as art social science have been impressive and the clubs prepared their active and performing any sort of detective class.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel life is a must experience in BHU because the food provided is very good and it is also healthy to eat and students are assigned the duty to check for the food each time it is being cooked and when we come to facilities available every hostel has an open gym for a students to practice fitness and apart from that hostel also have a computer room with 4 to 6 computers present there so that no one has to suffer the procedure to take admission is also very easy and hostel and if you don't get hostel then also u can easily get PGs around
Admission
The admission process has been pretty simple and I guess I would not prefer any other college over this because when he was facilities which are available and apart from that it requires good marks to carry admission in it
Faculty
The faculties are approachable and staff is also friendly and helps whenever needed. Exams are not right so that people fail but moderately set. People don't fail generally and there are 4 papers per year mid sem of 1st sem and end sem of 1st sem then mid sem and end sem of 2nd sem.
Night Life
The nightlife for student has been exemplary and when compared to other universities the night life of girls is also be very safer because people here around not very interrupting for girl and when we come to boys it is obviously very easy for them to roll around over Street at night without any problem
