Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum- Relevance and Comprehensive I would rate the BCom curriculum at du Sol as fairly comprehensive and academically strong, though it has certain areas where improvement is needed. Why I chose the course One. Of the key reasons I opted for this course was it's structure focus on both the fundamentals of BCom .
Fees and Financial Aid
I am enrolled in the BCom at Du . The yearly fee I pay is 23000. The breakup includes tuition fees , examination charges , development fees and other compulsory charges. First year ?21000 Second year ?23000 Third year expected ?25000 Category wise From the batchmates, the fees structure is the same across most categories ( General , OBC ) some discount for SC and ST. Scholarships Although the university provides scholarships such as : Merit-cum-Need Scholarships Government scholarships (SC, ST and OBC) University merit awarded.
Campus Life
Campus life experiences Social Aspect and club involvement Being a student of Delhi University-SOL , the experience of campus life is quite different from that of regular college . since SOL follow an open leaning model , the day to day campus engagement is limited .
Admission
why I chose my college & Admission process When I completed my class 12 I applied to several college under Delhi University including a few regular college for BCom . Compare with other colleges Regular college (like ram Lal Anand college , Zakir Husain ) These college offered the same course with a more vibrant campus life , regular classes and better exposure to societies and extracurricular activities
Faculty
Faculty Members The faculty to students ratio is relatively high because of the large number of students enrolled du Sol . However during contact classes and online lectures, the faculty member manage the classes effectively and are generally approachable.
Interview Experience
My GD topics Hindu and Muslim community in India i mean how to different each other. It is the criteria process of college society admission Those are so interesting and beneficial for students It is perform only for test basic communication skill
Night Life
Nightlife in and Around Campus As a student of Delhi University- SOL , the idea of ' nightlife' is slightly different compare to regular du college . Campus timing Libraries usually open 5:30 to 6:00pm after which students can use nearby DU central library if they have membership. Gym and sport complex DU college with gym usually allows access until 8:00 PM .
